Worst customer service in the world to busy talking amongst them self instead of serving and making drinks

The chick there that’s called phoebe was really nice, so are a few of the blonds my drink was amazing. Very talkative

Normally they do alright. Went with my sister the other day and ordered a small and a regular juice. The girl who served me was nice when serving but didnt listen to me when I said regular and put them both through as a small and didn’t read the order back to me. When I said to them I ordered a regular they were all very rude to me and saying I only paid for a small despite asking for regular. I would have paid extra to just get the size I wanted but they were very dismissive even although there was an excess of smoothie wasted and in the jug that could have made up the regular size. Just very much put me off on coming back.

I do enjoy coming to this particular spot for Boost juices. I love the wide selection and how fresh everything tastes.

Plenty of the workers are lovely and pleasant, but some of the employees need to smile and be more welcoming. Other employees need to get off their phone and acknowledge customers.

This was the fastest service I have ever had at a boost juice and the workers were lovely and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The hospitality industry should be filled with more people like these guys, it just makes your day

Easy to go healthy smoothies, made by a wonderful team of ladies (and a couple boys) who go above and beyond to make our visit a plesent one. They're always quick and efficient with the job! It's also Wonderful to see their bright and bubbly personalities shine whilst they're working, as it honestly brightens us customers up so much.

I really wish this place opened at 8: 30am. I've had so many mornings where I've not had time for brekky and there are no quick healthy brekky options in the forum.

Purchased two boost drinks today at Mandurah Forum and used my Boost Points. I had 9 Points already if you reach 10 points you get a free drink, so I expected to pay for 1 and get 1 Free. The staff at the cashier said I had to pay for both drinks cause you only get 1 point for 1 transaction ‍️ (which I thought 2 points for 2x drinks). I checked my boost points again & It automatically gave me 2x points, like seriously. Honestly misleading customers is really bad, if you don’t know the process check with someone that knows.

Friendly staff, quick service (with a smile) and great consistency with their drinks - not like some Boosts you go to and get wildly different quality depending on who makes it.

Protein supreme was mixed well, staff friendly, knocked a star off because other people after me got served before me.wait was prob a lil long.

I like Boost Juice a lot but don't go there too often because it's a bit expensive. You can get boost dockets on the back of a woolworths receipt which will give you the second boost juice for 1 dollar:)
The girls are always friendly and they make the best juices. Products look always fresh. Keep it going!

Quality boost juice with happy helpful staff I have come to expect. Juices are great in a good range of flavours and sizes.
