Boost Juice

We were served by a girl called Gem and she had no customer service skills. She was rude from the start and her facial expressions said it all. It would be nice if she also looked at the customer when she was taking orders and not act like she was owed something. Very very poor customer service
Bit of kindness and enthusiasm would go a long long way. Won’t be back

There's a really tall guy with a neck tattoo and a nose ring that works here. Couldn't read his name badge but his service is next level. Not even towards me, but towards another customer who was slightly unhappy. Such a genuine guy. 10/10 service from the bloke.

God forbid one day they actually blend the fkn smoothies instead of leaving the bottom third of the drink nice and chunky

After seeing the massive price increase to 9 dollars a smoothie I don't think I'll be back part from the occasional birthday boost that's nearly 10 bucks no offence but that's daylight robbery! Shame on you boost

I had a lovely experience with Skye helping me with my app. The mango magic smoothie was well blended and tasty. Very quick service too.

The customer service was so bad especially matthew's attitude. They gotta work on their customer service.

Its been twice so far that you go just around 4 pm ish and they say that they have run out of all fruits when I try to order fruit juice. How could they not have enough to last atleast until the end of business day? I never found this issue at other Boost juice locations.

This is a very bad place never go here, so basically on the night of 24/11/22 I went to boost and bought 2 watermelon crush which cost me $18! The boost was really runny and it had no ice in it so I called them and said “hey so Basically I came in and bought 2 watermelon crush and it was really runny and stuff” and the guy named Tyler said “oh so sorry to hear that, next time you come in you can get 2 free drinks“ and I was like “oh thanks” because I live far from boost and Joondalup is the nearest boost to me. Then I go to boost (1/12/22) and there’s this super rude girl named Gemma/jemma and she’s like no I’m not gonna give you a free drink, then I call her today (2/12/22) and then obviously she’s there, then she says “I’m not gonna give you a free drink” then “we ask her to give us a refund” and she said “no I won’t give you your money back” i literally am so mad right now, that jemma/Gemma girl is such a dog, $18 gone down the drain. Pls fire that gemma/jemma girl Ty she doesn’t deserve to ever get a job.

The first time I went the drink was all ice and not blended
The second time I went I waited half an hour and the drink tasted horrible

The girl who served me this morning clearly hates her life, didn’t expect such an attitude when i asked for a straw, great start to the morning

Always love the boost at this branch and they’re quick with service. Having visited there today one of the team members was not respecting any hygiene etiquette as she would just open her hair up and tie it all over again closer to the counter where they made the juices. Utterly inconsiderate of knowing what not to do when working around food places. As per my knowledge her name was BREE if I’m not wrong. Request to the management Please be mindful of outlining and ensuring she knows not to do that while working near the counter.

I got the All Berry Bang and it was very disappointing. I saw them make it and it was mainly ice. I counted 2 blueberries a couple of raspberries and the rest ice and juice. Very watered down and not at all berry tasting. Disappointed to say the least!

I adore Boost- my best friend got me obsessed… however I always ask and put in my order with lactose free options- and every single time it’s been ignored and I’ve had a very painful experience in the bathroom soon after. Even right before work

Known for missing orders and not realising that you’re waiting for one boost for 20 mins. At the time I ordered, it wasn’t too busy and they still managed to lose a docket which happened to be my order. Got a free boost juice voucher so I guess that’s something good out of the service.

I put in two orders, one at the cashier and one using the app. Although the smoothie I ordered at the cashier was ready within 5min, I waited tor 15min and decided to ask why my other smoothie is taking so long. Only then they looked for the order and started making it.

Waited 15 mins to get 1 order done out of the 2, waited another 15 minutes then finally told them about the missing order. When the first order arrived I told staff about the 2nd order but was forgotten

Excellent Customer service and the employees have my gratitude to handle those stressful times.

Absolutely love boost juice so does my daughter, wish they would bring back salted caramel protein balls but other than that great choice of drinks.

Disgusting service call to ask the staff if I can order over the phone instead of them telling me I can’t. The staff member just hang up. Very rude if I could give them 0 stars I would!

Well, you do deceive people that you advertise that the juices are good for you, no way as all of them are so high in sugar contents.
