Boost

The lady that served me was awesome! Friendly and kind.
The lady who was making the Boosts was absolutely rude! Never have I had a employee of Boost Juice, (this is my usual Boost) slam the boost on the counter, abruptly shout my order and rudely say ‘Have a nice day’ while facing away from me.
She definitely followed her training and said the right things, although maybe she can work on her presentation and delivery.
I WONT be getting a Boost if she is working ever. Wont be getting spoken to like that again from her.

Ordered a strawberry squeeze but took a while to get it. Clearly understaffed with only 2 workers as both workers seemed very stressed. Below average experience for myself and the staff there.

Terrible staff!
We could hear the music and singing of 4 staff girls on Saturday when we were at City Beach! Shirts undone, hair messy and down, no hair nets, eating behind the counter. Staff were acting as though they were at a party. Shocking to see.

The girl serving was rude accused our kids with something they didn’t do, screaming at our kids then rudely serve us. My kid cried and insisted she didn’t do it, when we confronted the girl who serve us she said she saw with her own eyes.
If you not happy with serving why do it?
The worse service I see so far in Bunbury and boast juice.

Disgusting service! She definitely didn’t want to be working a Sunday. Asked me to scan my card twice & when I said it didn’t work, she said yeh too late now. And called next person up

Very clearly I explain Soy and Bananna, heaps of Bananna. I am Vegan and can't take any chance I'd be handed Bovine Breast Milk Bananna Smoothie, so I supervise this being made. Filthy! At the Forum the guy handled the money, did not wash hands as he peeled and broke Bananna into smaller pieces. He did not wear gloves and he had a Bandaid on his finger. It was disgusting, I threw it in with the trash and I went to Farmer's Market where they are more qualified to make a Smoothie, fit for a Vegan

Wasn’t impressed with customer service the other day when i was ordering my boast juice the girl serving me interrupts me and starts having a conversation with a person walking by. She was being unprofessional. I didn’t even get a “ that won’t be too long “ or anything after paying for my drink. She just asked for my name and walked away and started having a conversation with another employee while someone else was making my drink.

Discussed with the service.
3 employees talking while we waited for ten minutes to be served.
They all looked at us and turned back to their conversation.
Obviously don't need our business

Every time I'm in Bunbury always call into this boost! Awsome staff, delicious product.what more could you want

I absolutely love most of the drinks but I think the prices need to be a bit lower. You can go to hungry jacks or McDonalds and buy a $1 frozen Cole which is unhealthy and you have to pay heaps for something healthy. I think that's just disgusting.
