Boost

As usual Boost does not dissapoint. I am following a keto diet and I ordered a Berry smoothie but to remove all sugary components- the juice and frozen yoghurt and create a recipe only with berries, ice and coconut milk. The staff was nice and accommodating. She even prepared it herself to make sure there us no mistake. And it was really good!

Never done a review anywhere before but this is the second time I’ve gone to this boost and had a bad experience. It was tonight (Thursday 24th aug) where 2 boys were on shift, they must’ve known one of the customers which is fine to have a chat but completely disregarding the other customers for over 5minutes is rude. A “hey we will be with you in a moment” or something as small as that would have been appropriate. I ordered on the app as well and after my drink was made there was not a thank you or even telling me which was mine I had to ask, all that was said was “is there a Sophie here” then a drink put on the counter. As a hospitality worker myself, customer service is the main thing that will bring people back. Being ignored and not even greeted once is a bad look. Maybe a customer service training is much needed ps the boost was average too.

Great employees super nice and helpful and are always are a delight to see, however the smoothies are bit expensive tho. Except for that it is a amazing establishment.

Ordered a small mango magic today and proceeded to feel so sick and threw everything up when I got home. Please check the ingredients or something because this was such a horrible experience and I don’t think I’ll ever be ordering boost ever again.

Awesome Boost juice but a bit expensive. The team are friendly, efficient & make a great smoothie!

Might as well be called boost ice, the smoothly was so poorly blended that i literally could not drink it because of how many chunks of ice there was blocking the straw (this has happened twice already)

The smoothies were very good but in the last few weeks my smoothies had way too much ice. The ice waters down the smoothie and it doesn’t taste as good. The staff are really polite as usual, looks like the recipe has changed though.

Can't beat a good smoothie.
Still a semi reasonable price.
Reasonably quick service and always with a smile and helpful staff for those undecided on the flavour.

Usually has good fruit drinks, a little on the pricey side but overall not too bad. Recently, we went to get a drink at 8: 30 sharp expecting to be served but rather getting told that they were closed even though closing times say 9: 00.

Staff always pleasant AF though they always seem to be in the weeds when I go. Not their fault. For fun, for the order name, give them the name you wish you had if you could have named yourself.

Checked opening times to confirm it was open and when we arrived they said they were closed early. Good on ya Boost!

Young guy working today was a super worker, all by himself and managing extremely well. Management should be super proud to have him on their team.

Was greeted by the most rude person. Had terrible personnel skills and wouldn’t allow me to use my free boost juice that I had accumulated. Will not be using this boost again.

Gotta love Boost! Great employees, great smoothies, and they pretty much always have good music playing, which is a plus

I'd add a photo to this review to prove that this store closes at 9pm. But much like the people who work here I lack the ability to use my brain and possess fewer braincells than the vegetables that are employed. Maybe you could keep your opening times to what they should be and you might boost your sales. Ha! See what I did there. No, you didn't because your eyes are closed. Like your store. At 830pm

Was disappointed with my passion mango boost drink. My drink did not have the usual taste that It usually has.

Walked into the shopping center and saw a blonde girl in her boost uniform smoking a cigarette outside the entrance and later after I finished my shopping she was making juices for customers with long nails and playing music with profanity which I find offensive considering it is a family environment and Boost Juice is a stall. This is not the first time I have seen this behavior from this store.

Beautiful park, lots of are fenced in for kids to play. Nice size skate park, also indoor pool.

Today is the last time I use Boost for my juice. Asked for apple, celery and beetroot juice. Saw guy put 5 apples and it tasted like 90% apple juice. Asked them to put more celery and beetroot, saw him put just celeries. Asked again to put some beetroot. Seriously.you call this business healthy juice experts? I think not. What a waste of money.

We have meetings in Belmont from time to time. Drinks are a great healthy alternative for people on the run like us.
