9Website says they close at 8pm got there at 7: 45 to redeem my birthday boost (the last day to redeem as have been away) got there at 7: 45 and the girl there says we are closed early (tone of voice very rude). I said ok what time you closed she says 7: 45. She refused to make me my birthday boost. I’m very upset. No customer service here.
Waiting so long for 1 drink. When I asked about it as for people around 10+ that order after me got a drink, we got attitude from one girl. She said that happens when you order from a fast food store. You wait! No customer service at all, with bad time management.
The staff are awesome, so Is the boost Juices
But I gave you 4 stars because today I had to ask for an eco straw - I was given plastic.
I would like to see eco straws only please!
As a customer plastic straws don't make me want to come back! To be honest with ya.

It's ok but they forgot my order but when they seen my drink all crushed up they made me a new on it was good but could have been better
Love the closeness to home of this Boost, friendly staff and usually really quick with service.
I love Boost but this time I had a very rude girl serve me, she did not care in the slightest. I usually order the protein supreme and ask no banana and raspberry instead. The girl charged me a $1.50 more. I asked politely as I don’t usually get charged, she replied “Oh well, there you go”. I won’t be going back, not because I was charge more but due to her awful attitude.
It's boost, you know what you're getting and the customer service varies dependant upon which teenager is serving.
Busy place, very quick service and exactly what I ordered. Always great service and good team dynamics with this outlet. I definitely recommend this place!
Lovely service! A young girl called Darcey served me and was extremely patient and polite. She helped me decide what boost I wanted when I told her what flavour I was after. Don’t see service like this anymore! 5 stars from me!
