The girl with blonde hair was unwilling to take my order, and after the order, she used a “clip” to give me a straw!

Low class people no wonder you can work only in a juice store!

This store particularly has poor customer service, 5 people working, took 20mins to made my drink. The boy was continually touching his phone when i were waiting for pay buy eft. He saids their machine somehow took every long to respond, so i took out my cash gave him, but he saids machine may be working now. After another wait, at the end, still cash.
Whoever made my drink broke the cup. As a result, my drink on the side of the cup kept leaking. They did not even bother cleaning it or offered me to change another cup.

Was horrible service had 5 people working and took 30 mins to make my smoothie when no one was waiting.

Whichever mole made my lychee crush needs to be fired for her attitude. Like go put ur hand in the blender or sum

Went to the boost here to order a coconuts for choc. I always get this one without the soy as I have a medical condition since birth and can't have a lot of protein (unfortunately soy has a lot of protein). I can't have dairy either for the same reason (no animal products). I go to other boosts and they substitute the soy for a little bit more coconut milk. The girl here told me no they can't do that and I honestly don't see the issue? I don't think it's very hard. I even offered to pay the extra if the coconut is that expensive. Was still a no. In the end water was added instead of soy milk. Please teach your staff or add an option. It's not an issue anywhere else and I did not mind paying extra. Some people do have medical reasons.

Most Incompetent workers who ignore staff play on their phones and gossip. Unbelieve experience!

There is this god that works there called dom and that means that my experience with this boost juice was 10/10

Dom works there so it automatically is a 5 star place with amazing customer service and amazing drinks and occasioanlly it becomes 10/5 stars when Dom is working and he is sereving and making drinks. Overall its a gg 5/5 no cap

Despite of asking less ice, the drink was packed with ice and nothing else. Bit disappointed. Lack of customer service and communication.

It was my first time drinking Boost Juice. When I was thinking about the menu, the kind girl recommended, which allowed me to drink some amazing juice.

Loved the smoothies and also love getting free vouchers. Hopefully more freebs and voucher for discounts. It helps encourage purchase and getting some points too!

When I ordered the drink, I said less Ice pls and they said yes but It came fully of Ice! What a terrible! Staff never pay attention to customers! It have been twice that I ordered the drink at Watertown and I feel dissatisfied!

It’s the closest boost juice to my work and I very often will have it during my lunch break! The juices / smoothies are great but the customer service needs some work. Very often I have to wait till the staff finishes their conversations to get served - kinda rude:/

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We were stood at the counter for at least five minutes until one of the girls decided to serve us after staring at as several times. We ordered our drinks but the service we received from HAYLEY was disgusting, she was so unhelpful and very blunt and rude. While our drink was getting made all three girls were stood there bitching about a previous customer, it was so horrible to hear and another customer was waiting to be served but it took a while until someone decided to serve him too.

This boost juice is definitely lacking customer service skills and proper staff members who are willing to acknowledge customers.

We won't be back.
