Has been happy with this place but yesterday’s experience turn me off, bad communication and don’t care attitude. Drinks served late and serving size is not proper.

Why is your closing time at 5: 30 when i was turned away at 5: 15? I’ve come around this time a few other times and was served, was very unpleasant yesterday when I was told service was finished after I saw someone else get serviced.

We drank max magenta for the first time last week in Dfo shopping center and we loved it. And I ordered the remaining Cult crush and Dragon chic that came out in three series today. As expected, it tasted good. So my favorite ranking is 1. Max magenta. 2. Cult crush. 3. Dragon chic. Please refer to it.

Hardly any fruit in my strawberry crush. I like boost juice but this branch economises way too much on fruit - they dilute your smoothie with too much ice.

Put dairy in my girlfriend's drink after she requested it without even though they prepared the drink in a "vegan only" blender. She's allergic to dairy.

Today my 2 year old daughter dropped her juice and it spilled out on the floor. The staff were so kind enough to replace it and I helped mop up the mess.

Really disappointed at the Carousel managements inability to follow up with candidates after interviews. People, especially young people, do everything you ask of them, and you cant even be bothered to let them know the outcome of the interview. Poor form. Shame I can't rate 0.

I enjoyed my boost the girls were great and under the pump as well so I didn’t mind the wait. I wonder if the franchise run with low staff numbers to increase their profits.

A Beautiful Lady who worked there named Quaycie made my strawberry squeeze. She had a delightful smile and marvellous customer service.she had a big bum

Really enjoy getting a boost here, the team works bloody hard! (This day in particular they looked understaffed, I didn't mind waiting) was greeted by a lovely, energetic, friendly lady named Katy, she takes pride in what she does and gives off such a happy vibe!

My partner and I brought a boost juice this afternoon, and we got a mango tango crush and a mango magic, I take one sip of my drink once they gave it to me and all I got was hair in my drink. Same goes with my partners drink. I was unable to drink my drink due to every time I had a drink I got a mouthful of hair for the fruit in my drink

The staff are always so lovely but I came across this one particular worker today, Indira. She was extremely nice and you can tell she has excellent customer service skills. Also the drinks at boost at amazing anyway. 100 percent recommend:)

I don't believe customers should be shouted at. Especially when customers haven't even placed their order.

Terrible sales girl named Brooke. Kept me waiting while she is on the phone, very impatient while serving, does not allow me to add more fruit type, saying the juicer can't blend it, slamming things to show temper when I requested a small clean cup to share juice my little one. Will never come again. Management needs to have a check on your sales girl.

Please visit boost. Vieena (the staff) is very great in her customer service skills. Keep up the good work.

Fairly good juice, kinda pricey, but always not a bad choice in hot summers, really chills you down! Staffs were friendly. Hopefully it is healthy without extra sugar.

Boost juice cockburn avoid at all costs i had a two and five and it was discusting just tasted like celery ice cold celery any i personaly would reconmend cannington boost juice cookies and creme

Friendly staff, always order passion mango when i am here, recommended if your after a refreshing beverage.

Girls somehow delivered the wrong order and the girls apologised for delivering the wrong order. A free coupon was handed over to me to reclaim a free take away next time. But when I claimed for the free coupon, I was told to claim at Waterford plaza. For the mistakes committed at carousel why I should go to Waterford plaza to claim it? It is just a matter of $10. But there should be some ethics. I feel mistakes are common but the governance should review the coupon program.

I handed over the coupon and walked away without taking anything from them!

We had asked no ice and pulpy, and the girl at the front didn't say anything about it, we've order it like this a number of times before, yes we got no ice but the young lady at the other side says she needs to juice one of the parts, but we've done it before and it only seems that she can't do it.we walked away with a lack of satisfaction
