6I ordered udon and dumplings and it tasted bitter! It made my stomach very upset. Pls improve the quality of food!
Taste was good, however attitude needed to improve. Last time ordered a ramen, and they gave me a goza, and i only noticed it when i went back to me seat, and i dont think it was fit for return, so i just took it as it was, but later on the staff blamed me for taking the wrong one (she purposely handed me the wrong one). I dont mind they sent me the wrong one, but blaming me for their mistakes were certainly not acceptable.
Customer service here is trash, there's an asian girl barista and she's really rude, she doesn't have any customer service skills when serving people.
Great food, great coffee, and extremely convenient. Staff are lovely and kind, it's always a joy to visit.
Baristas are friendly, kinda sick of the usual scent at the cafe day in day out but I overall appreciate their services.it's a 4 star from me
