Bombina Cottages

Loved our stay at Bombina so much we did not want to leave.
Deb was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the place was just perfect for us.

The cottage we were in (forest) was in an amazing forest setting as the name suggests, and we had so many birds visiting each day which we loved.

The cottage itself is really well kept and is super cosy. Can’t wait to come back when it’s colder and have the fire going - it would be so so cosy!

Amazing customer service and communication at appropriate times right from the time we booked - thank you Deb. We have felt so welcomed. We have loved the peaceful surroundings and beautiful bird life viewed right from our patio. Clean and very comfortable cottage with all we have needed.

Lovely little cottage surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees very cosy with the log fire burning and the morning greets by kangaroos and parrots. Very close to the town centre cafe's will definitely stay here again Thanks Elsa

Can't wait to return! The location is perfect, everything was very comfortable. Our 3 year old son had an absolute ball, loved every moment. Once we worked out that the toilet was upstairs (my fault for never reading the instructions/information), we enjoyed the magical afternoons on the balcony - what a view! Thanks for being so accommodating and easy to deal with Elsa. Highly recommend.

Be prepared to be enchanted by the quirkiness of Bombina Eco Cottage. From the magnificent views to the plentiful wildlife and only 5 min to the center of Denmark. Such a fabulous place to unwind and enjoy the surrounds. Elsa was a great host who ensured we had a fabulous time.

The cottage was clean, cosy, and well-presented, and communication was great! The property and the view were beyond what we could have hoped for. The kangaroos and birds greeted us on and under the verandah upon arrival, which was quite a nice touch - thanks for arranging that!

Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back next winter for another rainy weekend escape.

A peaceful and tranquil place to stay, close to town and central to the region. A warm fireplace for cold nights and birds on the patio to wake to in the morning. Elsa is warm, friendly and welcoming. Perfect place for a getaway.

Eco Cottage is a lovely comfortable place, showing clever design in many small ways. The fire adds warmth to the rustic and well equipped ground module while the upper module provides the composting toilet, most of the beds, and small deck with more expansive view. Feels very private despite being very close to town. Don't come here if you're seeking 5 star luxury but if you're after a relaxing base for a few days, then this place certainly grows on you. Thanks Elsa.

We just has 5 days at the Cottage and we recreted that we haven't booked more nights. We loved it. Close to town, beaches but right in the bush surrounded by kangaroos and birds.
The cottages are the perfect size, everything you need is in there. Elsa is very welcoming and always sends a sms if you are ok, updates what is open for dining ect.
We will be back for sure

Loved our stay at Bombina Cottages. The cosy wood fire, comfy bed, lovely outlook.and to top it off, waking to all the kangaroos outside the bedroom window!

Two nights stay in the Forrest Cottage. Found the cottage very clean. Beds were so comfy. Was nice after a day of exploring to return to a welcoming place to relax. Early morning found kangaroos on our doorstep and evening found beautiful blue wrens in the shrubs/trees outside our window. Showers were nice and hot. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We have just spent an idyllic 7 nights at Blue Wren Cottage. We absolutely loved the simplicity and quietness of the location and had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed the fact that we could walk into Denmark town. Thank you Elsa for providing a reasonably priced and fabulous spot to have some rest and recuperation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Wren cottage, even though it was winter time. It was so peaceful & pretty up in the trees area. We were lucky to get some sunny days & enjoyed the views to the inlet & sea. The little kangaroos visited every day, along with the parrots:), looking for seed scraps. Well appointed facilities& all necessary items. Great for a couples getaway!:)

Wren Cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with beautiful views and close to town. Kangaroos in fromh of the veranda and so much bird life to watch. We had a great 4 night stay and will return.

We enjoyed very much our 4 days stay in The Forest cottage of Bombina Cottages! The cottage is very comfortable and it has everything you need and you could think of. The best catered place we had ever been. The cottage is spacious, light, quiet and relaxing with very nice deck. We enjoyed sitting there and watching the beautiful view, the nature, the kangaroos hopping around, the rabbits, the blue wrens and many other birds. The cottage is just several minutes away of the centre of Denmark. The bed was very comfortable. Our host Elsa was very nice and she made sure that we have everything we need. We hope we will stay in the cottage again soon.
