Bollywood Restaurant

I called at 8: 45PM today (Saturday night), asked for the table, a girl from the reception replied me that they are closing soon. I told her that in your website, it is mentioned that it closed at 10: 00 pm. After that she said sorry and hang up the call.

Moreover, the food is not good enough as I been there for three times.
Sometime they miss the order and you have to remind them and they end it with sorry.

Wonderful customer service and delicious food. Definitely recommended if you are looking for an authentic Indian place to find

Two stars for food, was below average. Wish I have less than 0 star for customer service, one of the waiter was throwing food on table like he was serving to dogs. Very disappointed!

The new owners have taken over this restaurant. It was a busy Sunday evening and the service was very good. The food was fantastic. Tried the lamb chops, sheekh kebab, prawns and fish. It was juicy and very tasty. The garlic naans and lamb vindalho were just fantastic.

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!

I have been there yesterday almost after a year. The taste of indian food was missing. Worse indian food I have ever have. Fish curry and palak paneer, what a terrible taste. Rest of the dish was below average taste. Will never go back again. Used to be my favourite restaurant in Perth.
Service was ok but no warm welcome as it used to be.

Dining at Bollywood is a wonderful experience. Customer service is exceptional, and the food is divine. This is by far the best Indian I have tried in Perth. The fresh ingredients and spices really stand out, and no artificial colouring or flavourings are used. We dined here yesterday and ordered some dishes which we had never experienced before.all dishes we ordered were superb! Oh and the cocktails.amazing! Thank you to the staff at Bollywood.

Bollywood restaurant is place of trust we did all our minor and major functions at Bollywood Restaurant. All Staff are so Friendly and helpful. Chef always suggested us for new dishes. Bollywood restaurant is trustworthy. We love it ️️

The restaurant was full and despite being so busy, the service was above expectations in fine dine in. The staffs were so friendly. Hats off to them. The food was excellent. What can you expect more. Everything was beyond our expectations.

Bollywood had been one of my go to Indian restaurants forever. Food is superb and very consistent. It's a nice atmosphere inside although have to say it could do with a bit of a freshen up in parts. Went there for Valentine's Day and they had a few helium balloons up which was a nice touch. As stated food was excellent and the Bollywood baby cocktail is a winner. The restaurant is outside the Innaloo cinema complex so parking is a breeze.

It was really great night with my partner at Bollywood restaurant, we will never forget our Valentine, the food was so delicious.all staff are so friendly and easygoing.we will definitely visit again.highly recommended.

Food is very good, but the service is terrible. We arrived late. 9pm, Fri night, and asked if it is OK to eat, the gentleman said it was fine.

As we were eating, the lights were being switched off, one of the waitresses cleaned the tables around us with a very strong chemical spray, and then finally, they turned the lighted off about us.

The same gentleman who said it was fine for us to eat (whom I'd suggest is an owner) cleared the plates as fast as possible and spilt food over my brother in law, didn't say anything and just walked off.

My BILaw just wanted to let it go but at the same man came out for our money, I asked him (away from the others) to at least apologize for what he did. He denied he did anything wrong, even though my BILaw picked up the dropped utensils off his lap and ground.

He did not apologize even though my BILaw had stains down his leg.

We are not young people, youngest in the mid 50s so we caused no trouble on the night.

We love the food, but we have never met such an arrogant person in hardly any situation in our lives.

We shall not go back again.

When booking reservations the person on the phone was rude (I should have just cancelled then and there). When we got there, there was no table reserved for us, was just told to sit there (the guy pointing to a table), the menus were just dropped of in the middle of the table and after that we didn't see anyone for 10-15mins (even though there were 6 staff on the floor) place wasn't even busy! After a while we gave up and walked out. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be going back.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone here in perth all the stuff so rude overpriced food and you have to wait 40min before someone come and take ur order.

There are several Indian restaurants in Innaloo and this is one of our favorites. We can always get a round table and the food is consistently good. On Saturday night we tried a couple of dishes we hadn't had before, the Paneer – e- Sholay and the Tawewala Jhinga which were both great. Plus the old favorite, the Butter Chicken has that smoky flavour I always look for.
