Lisa and her team are excellent health professionals! I have been regularly attending for 5 years both physio and Pilates and also had a few massages. The staff are friendly, highly skilled and efficient.
Whether it's Lisa or Natasha that I've had leading Pilates, both always tailor a different program every week to suit the class members' needs and ensure a wide range of stretching while maximising the use of equipment. I like the small class sizes which ensures everyone gets plenty of attention.
Lisa is highly competent at using her extensive physiotherapy knowledge and skills to treat my scoliosis problems.
I always walk out of Bodyworks feeling much better!
