Body Riches Massage Centre

I had a wonderful massage for my birthday. It was so relaxing! My masseuse spent a lot of time finding out what I needed work on and a lot of the tension in my shoulder and back was released after the session.
I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful place, I had my third massage there, the massage are so relaxing, and I recommend the spa, it’s beautiful out there!

I have had the most amazing pregnancy massages with both Gaye and Amy and cannot recommend BodyRiches enough. I felt so comfortable and well looked after. It was like they could read my mind and just knew where all the aches and pains were. The clinic is spotlessly clean and so beautifully welcoming. I can’t wait for my next appointment. Terrible Service

Anyone using Body Riches Massage Centre please be advised that I purchased one hour massage voucher for my husband as a Christmas Gift, which he has not used. Gay Riches, the Director – owner has refused to answer or return our phone calls. In summary, what had transpired is that I made a booking on behalf of my husband to attend on Monday mid-morning, when I made the booking I informed the staff member should he not be able to attend he will call and advise accordingly and they confirmed it would be no problem. Unfortunately, he did not get a reminder message and he phoned prior to his apt to rebook to be told that he cannot as it requires 24 hrs in notice. The staff member, which I believe was Gay advised that voucher is no longer valid. Since this time, we have tried several times to get in contact to resolve the matter with the Director, however to no avail leaving us no option to write this review and refer the matter to Consumer Protection. During our attempts to contact Gay, she hanged up the phone on us several times and refused to engage in a conversation. We were both shocked by her unprofessional responses as my husband is an owner of a business, and by no means you treat your clients in such a manner. Extremely disappointed and will never use this massage centre again.

I booked my husband in for a massage and a spa for a birthday surprise. Eva was the therapist who attended him and Karen was the lovely lady who organised everything. He got home a completely different person. The smile on his face was something! He was totally relaxed! He absolutely loved the whole experience! He actually went from not really being interested in massages to wanting another session like the one he experienced! I might have to book one for myself now because I am jealous!

I attended to one of Gay’s courses and it exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a good foundation with a professional delivery. Gay is a very good teacher and you can tell that she loves what she does. Thanks, Gay, for an inspiring weekend!

My massage was lovely, Sophie was amazing she has a calm energy and helped me when I arrived in a fluster as traffic was bad and running late, she went a little over time for me too which was nice. Her technique was wonderful. Definitely be coming back!

A great spot to let the worries of the world disappear.
Gay was a fantastic and attentive masseur, spending time finding out about me and what I was looking to get out of the session. On a warm day I'd recommend booking the outdoor room. It's a great spot.

Body Riches is amazing! When I walked into the venue, I felt as if I’d morphed to the fields of Bali. I had a fantastic remedial massage with Amy, who focused on my hip flexor and shoulders. I was happy with the level of technical knowledge and results in such a relaxing and professional setting. If I lived locally, I’d be a regular. Thank you.

I was given a voucher for the Body Riches Centre, but they made a booking error, and I lost the entire value of the voucher. I'm sure their massages are great, but their admin is horrendous.

Body Riches is sensational. The rooms all have a great ambience, but my absolute favourite is the outside massage room and spa bath. All the therapists are brilliant and very professional. Their on-line booking system is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

I come here at least once a fortnight for a massage. Prior to visiting body riches for the first time, I'd tried four or five different places. This is by far the best massage place that I've been to and I would highly recommend it for all types of massage.

I highly recommend Body Riches! I had a fantastic 1h remedial massage this morning with Sue. The massage itself was great, the atmosphere was excellent and the whole experience was well worth a little more than other places I have tried. Nice big rooms, old Fremantle style home, lots of natural light. Loved it.

For my birthday my good friend gave me a spa and massage BODY MASSAGE CENTRE Give Voucher, a beautiful nurturing gesture from my friend and the first step for some deserve time out for me. I jumped on the phone to be welcomed by the after hour service and voila.was booked and looking forward to ''my time out under the hands of a massage therapist''.

My lemongrass tea was steaming waiting for me, the beautiful rose petals swam in the milky silky water of the spa under the meditative eye of Buddha (his shoulder caressed by a vibrant bougainvillea flower). The gorgeous decor took me on a voyage forgetting where I was. All the blues in the cushions brought the ocean to my feet and.while my breath settled my therapist introduced herself then asked what I wanted out of the massage. The sun was warming my body, the hot towels were exquisite, her touch and pressure on path with my wish (oh yes.forgot to tell you I have had massages all around the world so I do believe that I have a good idea of what a good service,
management are made of. From the booking to the final step of leaving Body Riches Centre stars and more stars I shall sprinkle.) As we are in a world of stars and good karma I believe, all the stars given are all in good faith. Take time out real soon and see for yourself.

A very nice place with super friendly staff on phone (did not catch her name) and for the massage (Sue).
Went for a 1,5 h remedial massage and expected something different. Came with pain in the neck that still remained after the massage. Since I had remedial massages before (i.e. With Margit Aarskov) I know what a good one can be like. Sadly, this wasn't one. And with 140$ a bit pricy but that might be the location.
Also, on the phone I was told there would be some kind of body test to see what my body needed but it never happened.
But a good thing: I was able to get an appointment the same day I called.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! In a world where going out of your way to help your customer is a dying art, it is such a pleasure to find such genuine kindness and assistance. I recently contacted BodyRiches to purchase a rather late gift voucher for my mums birthday. Not only did the Bodyriches office manager explain everything at length to me over the phone, she wrote a lovely heartfelt message on the voucher for me. To cap that off, she then offered to hand deliver the voucher to my mums place that day, to make sure mum would receive it on her birthday! It was such a wonderful gesture. I would highly recommend BodyRiches to anyone looking for good old fashioned genuine customer service. It was great to deal with a business with such a professional attitude and consideration of their customers.
