A friendly and compact wellness studio run by Linda and Paul. Great people and service that take care of different aspects of your body from the outside to the inside, from your beauty to body performance (personal training, Pilates and dancing) and also your spinal health. Highly recommended!

I have been training with Paul for over six years now. He has not only provided guidance on the training I needed to achieve the desired shape/fitness and how to maintain it, but has also given great insight into what I need nutritionally. Paul has a way of getting 100% out of me at each session all whilst having a good time. Paul is professional, knowledgeable, and above all genuine. Highly recommend.

What a sensational place!

I am a bit of a perfectionist, and have being visiting Linda for my eyebrow tint and wax, and my lash tints, and nothing is too much trouble for her beautiful nurturing nature.

I've recently also started pilates with Paul, and have absolutely loved it. The music creates a space for calming the mind, while the activities strengthen and lengthen the body. I go home feeling both relaxed and energised.

For your body and beauty, I highly recommend these two lovely souls!
