Went with my friend to look at shoes and came away with a pair myself. They have a fabulous range and Shirley was so helpful and patient with me.

I was looking for a specific pair of Birkenstock - Black Temara. It was either sold out everywhere online or the wrong size/fit. I finally found a pair on Bob's Shoe Store online. They didn't specify the fit, so I emailed them to ask. A very nice lady called Shirley answered my e-mail immediately. When I expressed concern that I couldn't have it delivered to my parcel locker, Shirley suggested that I have it delivered to my workplace. She also made sure the shoes were sent out that very afternoon. From Western Australia to Canberra in a week during the busiest holiday season, I am now strutting around in them

Great little shoe store on the cappuccino strip.
They have recently renovated the store giving it a more trendy and cool look which suits the style of footwear they offer, great music to listen to in store while you search for your new kicks.
The staff are very attentive, without being pushy.all in all a great shopping experience and on top of it, walked out with a great pair of shoes for a great price.

We purchased a pair of shoes for $190. After 1 day the inner sole was coming away from the shoe. In spite of the fact that the shoes were immediately faulty, the first staff member said to come back another day when the manager was working, then the manager refused to replace them and said they had to be repaired. The manager was impolite in the way she handled the situation. The shoes now have glue marks from the repair.

For such a good selection I was disappointed. I had every intention of coming away with a new pair of sandals. Their prices were quite acceptable and there seemed to be a sufficient number of styles that suited. However, I found them all to be uncomfortable! I don't usually have that problem. I wasn't helped by the fact that they only had size 36 on display so that I was required to ask repeatedly for (the more common) 37. The single staff member was rather busy, being a Saturday, but despite the fair few customers I didn't see anyone actually purchase anything.

Funky cool shoe store with top quality shoes. Bit on the higher end of the shoe budget but definitely worth the quality.
