These lads were great. Came in to get a spare tyre replaced and they fixed it free of charge. Cleaned the tyres and helped diagnose some others issues. Very friendly cannot recommend enough

Well done guys. I needed 3 new tyres urgently to continue our caravan trip to Norseman and the 2 young fellows here bent over backwards to help me. Fastest most efficient and friendly tyre service I’ve ever received. And- they used a torque spanner not a rattle gun on the wheel nuts and asked me what pressures I wanted. Well done guys, you rock.

We went in to the store about some tyres we bought off BobJane we were recommended for our car however the side wall is on the floor and we can’t do any 4WD without the tyres rolling off the rim. Our car is not over the weight capacity of the tyres.

Old mate who served us was extremely rude and dismissive, wouldn’t listen to what we had to say without shutting us down. Told us any car with a rooftop tent the tyres will buldge?

We will never be going back to Bob Jane, overall a terrible experience. Do not recommend, men that work there just walk right over you.

Excellent service needed 4 new tyres and spare replaced on new rim, the guys went above and beyond. All completed in about 45 minutes while attending other clients. Happy, friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Got stuck due to flat tyre and realized need to replace all four tyres due to heavily loaded mileage and during holiday season went around 4 tyre shops our tyre isn’t available, found Bob Jane T-Marts Albany found our tyres good top brand with discount.
Leigh very professional answered all our questions replaced all 4 tyres and helped put emergency tyre back on spot all managed to be done within an hour. Come in 11am out before 12noon.
Top guys top service strongly recommended.

The worst and most bizarre customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went to store to book a tyre rotation, was told that my tyres are illegal. Firstly that they are incorrect tyre for rim, I then explained they are the original size and ratings from factory. He checked plate and said I was right. Then said they couldn’t touch them as they were illegal because 5 years from manufacture. Technically it’s 7 years in some states, and if they knew the law WA has no legal age limits on tyres. The managers communication was so odd, never experienced anything like it. Drove down to TyrePower and they sorted me on the spot, legends.

Professional staff and service. Understaffed at present due to Covid. Still able to attend fitting 4 new tyres in a reasonable time. I recommend this company.
