Early morning. Youngish retirees floating around in sporrs cars. Good breakfast at Kookaburra cafe.sets me up for the day. Neat area shame about the excessive sprinkler use on verges. Auto watering response shields the reality of wet roads and thirsty grass.

Lovely apartment, all the utensils you need. High security- great for families with kids. Near restaurants, bottle shop across the road. Beach on your doorstep, and fish & chip shops just a stones throw away. Oh, and love the welcome bubbly!
