Beef Mince was pretty much 50% FAT. I suggest adding more premium-quality meat if you want customers to come back. No other butcher in Perth would sell that to the consumer. The owner and staff member were polite and helpful when I asked where they go their meat from but still didn't answer my question. They mentioned they Wagyu but haven't tried as yet. The shop smelt like seafood because they store seafood in the fridge.
