BMT Vietnamese Meat Rolls

The most generous pork amount I have ever seen in Perth! I even thought I got a double (or maybe triple?) serving by mistake.
The traditional is one of the best, too.
Highly recommend checking out this place!

We came from SOR for their BMT, used to be perfect in terms of flavour, crunch and value for money. Today, we got given the wrong change, the bread was chewy instead of crunchy and the taste isn’t authentic like it was. The shop looked different; unsure if it was a change in owner or renovations were done here.

Best Bhan Mi to go to. Fresh ingredients nice owner and generous portions. The price is considerably nice.

The young man is so rude. I ordered a roast pork by itself for 40$ and then got delivered a roast pork roll worth 8$. When I told him he said just eat it and don’t disturb him because he is serving other customer.
That a disgrace! Avoid this place if this guy is the owner or fire this guy if he is employee.

I used to like the Banh Mi here. Quality has gone down drastic. The meat was very dry, the pickled veg wasnt pickled. 4/5 prior, 2/5 now.

The young man is very very rude customer service, no smile whatsoever, evil eye contact, normally he makes sugar cane drinks. But the lady is very friendly with big smile when serving customers, she makes bhan mi. That’s the reason we always come back because of her service. Just ignore the young man.

I’ve been a keen fan of the traditional style banh mi for 36 years I’ve had many and these would b amongst the best even if ur the last customer of the day and their closing up the lovely lady makes it like the first feel blessed that it’s just down the road wish I found it sooner

Worst rolls I’ve ever eaten. They forgot my order.

Bread wasn’t even crispy, why not use the standard French rolls?

Meat was dry, messy presentation, lacked any flavour. Wouldn’t go back here.

We drive ages to get here to feast on Perths best bahn mis! So resonable, packed with delcious meats and fresh veggies and bun is crispy as. Sugarcane juice or iced coffee are available too.

Its quite possible that Nuoc Mia (sugar cane juice) and a Banh Mi from BMT Vietnamese Rolls is a match made in heaven. I feel lucky to have a place that makes food this good so close to home.

Very nice Bahn Mi but not my personal favourite. Ingredients very fresh and lovely service from lady, just felt Bahn Mi was slightly lacking due to roll not being crispy on outside, needs to be warmed at least if rolls not crispy in my opinion.

My favourite banh mi place! I come here all the time to pack a quick lunch. The lady is always so nice. My go to is the combination roll and my parents love the sugar cane juice.

Similar banh mi thit to the ones at city provisions in the city, but cheaper and more generous with the meat.the roast pork was absolutely awesome!

This place has the best roast pork rolls with crackle. They load them up full of pork, and chilli, all for 7 bucks.
The iced coffee is great too.

Very good Bahn Mi rolls that are great value for money. We love the combination rolls and my Mum loves the Tofu. A real diamond in the rough!

A week ago i ordered 15 but they gave me one less, went back to tell the boss lady she was kind enough to replace.

If you miss Vietnam, this is recommended. Super freshly made and cook than other shops! Much Friendly service than other shop around! My friend intro me the Bahn dan Lon, Bahn tieu and the sesame ball (mung bean inside) and their $5 Bahn mi and I’m now hook whenever I go to the north. Recommended for quick bites /snacks! I Wish the owner comes to the south.
