Wanted to find a local mechanic who I trust. When I collected my car, 2 hours after the estimated pick up time, I paid an extra $100 for 2 services that I was not informed about. They changed my cabin air filter and air filter in the engine without asking my permission, and tried to justify this decision when I questioned it. I understand it was dirty, but this is a cheap fix I could have completed myself if I had been informed about it. We looked at the air cabin filter and it was jammed in and bent as it wasn't made for my car. They also left my keys in my car with the window down, not sure if this is common practice? We tried speaking to someone on the phone and they were a bit defensive but finished with "Thanks for your feedback", so I hope they took it onboard and in future call their customers before completing extra services. Also please don't put stickers on cars

Went here initially for my 2nd vehicle inspection and they were really straight forward at what needed to be done. They follow all regulations and use proper systems in place. Previous caryard was really unprofessional and not straight to the point. B&M is by far the best one I have been to!

A month later, Came back here for my general car service and they fixed up everything for me. For a 12 yr old car it has done a lot of Km's, My car is pretty much brand new now. Even if I lived way up north Yanchep, I would still drive back down here at B&M and get my car serviced. Peace of mind is so worth it.
