Blue Manna Takeaway

Amazing food was the highlight of our visit for a seafood lunch today. We can’t speak highly enough of the chef and his team’s beautiful dishes.

Every time we visit Dunsborough, we book in for lunch or dinner at the Blue Manna. It is always consistently amazing food, staff and service. I am personally sad pants if I don’t get to indulge in this foodie experience My highest recommendation!

We have dined regularly at Blue Manna since they opened and last week visited with friends from NZ. They could not believe we have such a great restaurant in Dunsborough serving up a small but varied menu with such great taste.
Congratulations to Will and the way you handle your changing waitstaff to make the dining experience so special.

We ate at this restaurant last night.it was one of the nicest meals we have ever had.the chefs should be congratulated.we had the oysters, the hotpot, scallops, clams and duck for main. PLUS, norma's coconut bounty cake for dessert.all were fantastic, as were the staff.thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

The staff were friendly, having a good time and knew the specials, but for the price I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

The truffle butter was great, prawns didn’t have much taste, sashimi was good but not cut all the way through, red emperor had too many things on the plate …nothing was stand out. We were sat outside on a cafe table and plastic chairs next to a storage type area looking at stacks of chairs, listening to dance remixes over the speakers.

On a separate note, we parked our car out the front of the restaurant and a large branch fell from one of the trees and damaged the roof of our car. Be aware of parking under the trees, there are no signs we could see.

Holidaying from Melbourne in Margaret River we made sure that we visited this highly rated restaurant. The seafood we had was sublime and it was no trouble for the venue to alter our mains from the way it was suggested to a simpler style. Great service from the floor staff who ensured there was a gap between our meals.

Yes it was ok. But way to many flavours if you are going to eat seafood you won’t taste it. If you don’t like the taste of seafood it will suit you. Sashimi is served whith out soy sauce. If you want to serve sashimi you must understand the meaning behind soy sauce and what it does. And why it is served whith raw fish. Drinks do not suit the menu. Other than wine. No gluten free options available on beers. Or organic wines. Allso i would say he is the floor manager because everyone looking to him for answers this gentleman didn’t like feedback wich is unfortunate. It really helps to understand what people want. And it’s really important to atleast take feedback whithout biting back. You can allways disagree later. Its about half an hour later and we all still have shwan peppers taste in our mouth it was in everything.

We had a great time dining in at the Blue Manna with the best seafood experience ever, complimented by great friendly service (thank you Tully!), and topped off by the whole team's professional behavior whilst having fun and making us feel special.

The food was delicious, the waiter was very friendly and helpful and we had a very enjoyable lunch date with our good friends. I would thoroughly recommend Blue Manna Bistro.

We can see why this place is so popular! Lunch was incredible. We loved our entrees, the perfect steak and delicious crab fettuccine! The cocktails were beautiful too. We were very full by dessert, so struggled a little to finish them.

On Saturday I went to Blue Manna Takeaway to see if they had garlic prawns for my recipe.

They did not, but within seconds, the chef came and made up the garlic butter and oil recipe, and a lovely girl shelled and cleaned the tiger prawns for me in record time! AND freshly chopped parsley to to make the recipe perfect!

AND to top this experience off the chef was experimenting with an octopus recipe freshly cooked and I got to be the taste test person YUM! Needs to be on the menu in the restaurant!
