Shortly i will detail the issues we had with this very unprofessional company. Its a shame because it could have been addressed quickly and easily.but a certain lady working there simply wont allow criticism or be held to account. There are some good people here however! Keep watching.

I wasn’t going to place a review but then decided to after the total cost. I got a quote done and found them to be unprofessional when carrying out the work. The bloke that came to do the work was distracted, worked slowly and I won’t be dealing with this company again. I’d give it a half a star if I could.

We recently had a big, very old fibre glass pool resurfaced in a lagoon colour, new cabling and light fitted as well as a new filter, chlorinator and all the plumbing renewed/cleaned up. Contacting this company was our last attempt at getting somebody to come out as nobody else would even make an effort to come out and do a proper quote or they would just quote an extremely high price without even looking at the pool. Paul not only took the time to come out all the way to Mundaring but even spent about 2 hours explaining exactly what needed to be done and how and showed us sample colours on previous works and provided us with a Luxapool brochure, followed by a detailed and professional quote. He also advised on best options. Follow up questions were patiently answered by both Paul and Daphne (administration) - and after a recent bad experience with other works carried out by another company, we had A LOT of questions. Nothing was too much of a bother for them, they were happy to discuss every tiny detail up front. A day before commencing the work, Paul came out again to ensure all was in order, confirm paint colour again and even had no problem changing the light option at the last minute as we had changed our minds. On commencement, James and Paul were on time, very polite, explained what was to be done over the week and on the day and what factors might cause changes in the execution of the works and why. At the end of the day, there was a detailed explanation of what had beed achieved on the day and what would be done the following day. This happened every single day which made us feel very much in control of the entire process. Another employee, Kane, who later came to also assist, was also very polite. The extreme amount of work was completed with patience, professionalism and good old fashioned customer service. We usually ended up having a cuppa with the guys at the end of the day and enjoyed their company. Even Daphne came out to have a chat towards the end of the works - she is a very lovely lady and the heart and soul of their office. The site was left tidy and I am yet to find a competitor even willing to put in a similar level of customer service and effort. We were very happy with the total price at the end with no bad surprises in that regard. So happy, that we also decided to buy a new pool cleaner via these guys and they said they could also assist if we wanted a new pool cover which we will do a bit later once the paving is done. Paul gave us the base model pool cleaner as a trial for a week as we were considering a higher end model but we had a lower budget which was outstanding service and saved us a fair bit of money as the base cleaner model was sufficient for our needs. We were given detailed care/pool maintenance instructions in person by Paul at the end of the chemical balancing and Daphne provided care instructions via email as well. Before the resurfacing, the pool was in such a bad state it was almost ready to be removed but now it looks like a new pool. I am absolutely over the moon with how our pool looks now. Thanks so much guys, can't wait for summer now. Highly recommend!

Disappointing. Over several visits had mess, damage and a couple of minor problems. I messaged them to say i was disappointed and didn’t want them to come back. Not even a reply let alone an apology or compensation.

Very happy with the quality and service of Blue Diamond Pools. Our job was certainly not an easy one with the amount of rain and a jacaranda tree that was losing its leaves right overhead. Our pool looks fantastic and is all ready for summer. Could not recommend these guys more!

We would recommend this pool company to every one owning a pool or spa, the service is excellent we were having major problems with water quality and a leak that we could not find, one call solved the problem their service is total and complete

Had my pool revamped by blue diamond pools recently & wow im so happy i didn't put in a new pool. They retiled & resprayed my pool so it looks brand new & i saved so much money. Good old fashioned service, explained everything step by step & no bill shock. Thumbs up blue diamond your blokes do a top job.

Didn't clean up their mess. Left 4 full bags of dried cement which we had to dispose of ourselves. Very disappointing!
