Blooms The Chemist

On three separate occasions I've placed click and collect orders, each time I've gone to the store they've wandered around aimlessly looking for it. Querying if I was at the right store and eventually realised that they were looking for a script and not a click and collect, even though on my last visit I clearly stated it was a click and collect and even gave the order number. They don't seem to be very good at listening, the whole point of click and collect is to get in and out quickly and this has not happened so far.

Took three phone calls before someone answered the phone. On first two attempts it appeared my calls were deliberately declined after about 30 seconds. Don’t list your phone details if you’re not interested in responding to callers.

I will not go back to this pharmacy. I walked in today looking for help but every staff member looked at me and then looked away! Shocking customer service. When finally I found someone to help their attitude was terrible and it was easy to see that they felt that I was a nuisance and stopping them from unpacking stock. I was in Chemist Warehouse earlier and the staff could not do enough to help me. Amazing difference. Pick up your game

A very well-managed store run by very competent, friendly and helpful staff especially the owner Anthony Massi and three of his staff Renae, Clare Brady and Alexis. Gives you a lot of confidence.

All the chemist and staff members in Blooms Chemist are fantastic people who have tirelessly gave the best customer service to all the people it comes into contact with. I have been going to Blooms since it took over from another chemist. Anthony and his crew of staff members have on numerous occasion gone way above expectation.

I have also witness three occasions where customers behaved very badly towards these hard working individuals and it make me sick to see the abuse they have to put up with.

1, There was once an Indian man who ordered his prescription and I think he was intoxicated and was being very impatient and started yelling and wanting his scripts back. He was cursing and swearing. Yet the staff kept quiet and assured him that they are making up his medication as he got verbally aggressive they had no choice but to return the script back to him.

2. Another time was when a person wanted top purchase paracetamol and cough mixture. When asked by pharmacist staff what was the symptoms the person got aggressive and swore at the staff member and walked off.

3. This one happened a few days ago whilst I was there and I overheard and saw the incident. A lady refused to pay for the medication she owes the chemist. She finished her script and when she came in to get her medication, the staff member informed her that her scripts is finished and they are willing to dispense to her a few tablets till she sees her GP and get a script.

She however had a changed of medication and was put on a different medication. When the chemist explain to her gently about the three tablets that he had earlier dispensed it to her and she needs to pay, the said lady got extremely aggressive verbally at the chemist and his staff and stormed out of the chemist threatening the chemist and staff members.

I am sick and tired seeing certain members of the public abusing these chemists and their staff members. I wish something can be done for them. I hope people can understand that the staff members at Blooms are also human beings who deserved to be respected and treated fairly.

I appreciate all the service that the chemists and pharmacy assistants does in Blooms. Well Done and keep up the good work.

We have utilised Blooms The Chemist at Bull Creek for 18 years and the reason for doing so is that they provide old style service with empathy something that is sadly missing these days

Anthony & Gurkamal were very helpful. I always have a positive experience with the wonderful staff at this pharmacy

My go-to pharmacy on the way home from work, the customer service is exceptional. I was running late and came in just before they closed, Gurkamal was very helpful and took the time to inform me about the medicines I was getting despite the time. They are also my go-to place for vaccinations now, very friendly and knowledgeable

I just wanted to say that my customer service experience with Sarah who works at Blooms was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and very patient as I phoned about an E script. If there is such a thing at Blooms, for employee of the month, she would definitely get my vote. Thank you Sarah again for being so kind and patient.

Anthony and his Staff have always been considerate, helpful and professional. Sourcing medication when they didnt have supply. Able to give painfree immunizations with good advice. Online booking worked well on 4 occasions used.

What is informed consent, and what legal and criminal liabilities are involved in medical malpractice?

Poor customer service hide behind company policies and dehumanize client. If you want old school friendly pharmacy care go elsewhere

More expensive than other local chemists and now don't stock as much as they used to.

Made a booking online a week before to have my 3rd shot booster. They confirmed my booking. I thought great. Took time off work to get there. I tell person why I'm there and that I booked online. They can't find it on computer then tells me don't have the jab anyway. Not impressed! The chemist then tells me come back tomorrow and I don't need to make a booking. Hello.there are signs up everywhere in the shop saying "book online! "

I normally like going here but was left super disappointed today. I was left stranded and ignored by two persons when I enquired about price match as advertised on their website. I would have gladly accepted "we don't price match" as an answer. A pity really as I was looking forward to continue supporting a local pharmacy.

Went to the official store opening today. Store was very busy but service received was still fantastic and price is very competitive. Thanks Blooms!
