Couldn't be easier to order a lovely surprise for our sister, even when we are all in different states and countries! Thanks a bunch

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After paying for same day service the flowers have still not been delivered 4 days later. I called numerous times, with promised delivery the next day and same day delivery refunded. Neither of these have happened and after calling again today I was hung up on. I have now after a 2nd phone call said I want the order cancelled and refunded seen the person they were meant for has gone away on holidays for a week now, but have been told I need to wait 24-48 hours for it to be investigated! The sad thing is the occasion these were supposed to be delivered for to make someone happy has gone 4 days ago! That time can not be taken back and the surprise has gone! So very upsetting! So please do not trust or use this company.

Great and easy ordering process, however the flowers did not last long and when delivered were quite wilted.

Very disappointed with my experience
Ordered flowers in a vase ($80-$90) for my daughter & son-in-law’s wedding anniversary. They were delivered 5 days late and in very bad condition. Before they were located & delivered I was promised Bloomex would make up a fresh order & have it delivered next day which obviously did not happen as my daughter got the original order that was in the perishing stage.
Such a big company needs to send what we order on the days agreed to when we place our orders - not good enough!

Bloomex made a beautiful arrangement for a family friend’s funeral. I messed up when checking out and the manager responded very quickly and was able to get it sent to the right place on time. I will definitely order from here again!

I certainly had an excellent experience with this florist. The flowers I choose on line definitely look like the flowers delivered and they were fresh and beautiful! They delivered on time and emailed me that the delivery was completed. Thank you for helping me brighten my daughter and son in laws day.

I had some Christmas flowers ordered and delivered on time Christmas Eve to my 92 yr old mother in law. She emailed me to let me know they had arrived and was very pleased with them, believe me she is not one to say she liked them of she didn't.
This was my second order through Bloomex and have had no problems with them. Thank you again Bloomex.

High quality flowers with a polished presentation and on time delivery. I will definitely order from them again and would highly recommend.

Placed an order including delivery cost. On the day of requested delivery received an email saying it would be delivered next week. Asked for refund but was refused. Provided a store credit instead, after multiple contacts, but couldn't be used for delivery so I would have to pay more when I used it. Tried to use the code provided and it didn't work. Eventually fixed after a lot of back and forth.
