Bloom Yoga reviews
49I am attending mums and bubs yoga here. I really enjoy it and would highly recommend. Sara is lovely and very knowledgeable. I love that it's a nice relaxed and welcoming setting.
Bloom yoga is a beautiful place of rest and restoration. The quality of teaching is consistently great. If I take a break, it doesn't take long before my body feels the difference so it's always refreshing to start again.
Ive been attending Bloom yoga for 18 mnths and every class has been lovely. Great vibes, awesome teachers and delightful setting.
Poses were described incorrectly and class was rushed in comparison to other yoga studios I have attended.
Unfortunately my experience at Bloom Yoga was not good. I purchased a 3 week trial and sent a text message to ask if my daughter could also try out a class and if she enjoyed it I would purchase a package for her also. As I did not receive a response so I presumed this was ok. Attending the class I found the instructor to be very rushed and unwelcoming to us as new clients - she did not even ask if we have practiced yoga previously and during the class she did not offer any alternatives to the positions. The following morning after the class my daughter received 6 emails invoicing her for the class even though I had requested a try out class. I explained the situation to the owner and her response was extremely rude - she terminated my 3 week trail that I had paid for to pay for my daughters class - which was not legally compliant. When I offered to provide feedback about our in class experience she was not interested. There are so many amazing yoga practices unfortunately Bloom only cares about the money and not the experience. I would recommend Yoga Corner at Carine or Mind Body Yoga in North beach if you want a genuine yoga experience.
5 Stars for Bloom Yoga! Such a beautiful start to my week with Monday Yoga class. I love and appreciate the flexibility of online live classes which allows me to enjoy yoga at home when I can't get to the studio. Nothing beats the energy of their beautiful studio however, a calming safe sanctuary to rest and drop back in to me!
Supportive environment with very knowledgeable teachers I was totally new to yoga and found it very beneficial in my pregnancy mentally and physically
Love Bloom Yoga, the special one off yoga and meditation classes are beautifully relaxing. Sara crafts them so carefully in collaboration with local musicians and artists, I promise you will float out the door at the end.
A beautiful & supportive environment for beginners and those continuing their yoga practice. They offer such a varied program of yoga styles and teachers which is perfect to allow for growth in your personal practice.
In my two years of practising yoga at Bloom I have found Sara and Vanessa to be very supportive, fun and nurturing yoga instructors, and I love the very cute Bloom yoga room.
My partner and I participated in Sara's Active Birth Workshop at Bloom Yoga. It was highly informative and tailored to our knowledge base. There was a great balance of theoretical and practical information, and plenty of opportunity for questions. The workshop provided insight into the process of birth planning, and how we as a couple can work together during the stages of labour and birth.
While this Bloom is far away from home, the journey was worth it.
The postnatal teacher training with Sara is informative, supportive and it flows.
Sara has a nurturing open energy.
I love her ability to share the love and passion she has with life and yoga? ️
I am grateful for the connection, the training and the support!
Thank you
My first Moon Ritual, it will not be my last. Was an amazing experience from beginning to end.
From the storytelling with restorative yoga through the sound healing journey was surreal, it was all encompassing including the Bliss Ball and Tumeric Latte to complete the evening.
The complete experience. Walked away feeling amazing with big smile on my face.
Thank you Bloom Yoga.
I love restorative yoga at the end of the week, and having Sara add an extra element with her storytelling of Ganesha really helped me stay in the moment with each pose. Then to follow that with the beautiful tones of Rachel's sound healing was amazing. It was my first time experiencing meditation with sound tools and I loved it. Will definitely be finding time to do more sound healing in the future. Thank you Sara and Rachel for a dynamic and uplifting session:)
Wonderful session of yoga nidra and sound healing! Yummy treats and turmeric latte! Had a best night sleep after the session ️
Dear Sara,
This year of training has been the best life experience to date! Thank you for your honesty, guidance, knowledge and support. You have given me a broader view on yoga which I love even more! And your studio is the perfect setting in terms of lighting, comfort, holistic space, the parking is great too! I’ll see you on the mat soon! Namaste ️
Emma.
I can honestly say that my 350 hr teacher training program at Bloom has been life changing. I have learnt so much about myself and my practice with the expert guidance of Sara who is an incredible teacher.
When I first decided to embark on a teacher training course, I was considering an intensive course to quickly gain a teaching certificate. I’m so happy I chose the weekday option at Bloom which has made me realise that yoga is about discovery and growth. I’m ¾ of the way through my training and it’s been an incredible journey which I don’t want to end. The program carefully combines both theory and practice and I’ve learnt so much from the business of yoga to the benefits of pranayama, Ayurvedic lifestyle and putting together my own vinyasa sequence. The course has given me confidence to grow in my practice at a steady space with amazing support from Sara who nurtures and supports her students throughout the journey. The small class sizes mean you get the one on one support and Sara knows and understands her students’ needs.
Even though I am working full time, the flexibility of the program allows students to catch up if they miss a class or access the materials which are all online. The studio is in a quiet location and offers a peaceful and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to teach or simply gain a deeper understanding of their yoga practice.
I recently attended Sara's Sequencing weekend training for yoga teachers. I had heard about her trainings and so travelled up from Bunbury to attend and i wasn't disappointed! Her warmth and passion along with her insightful knowledge about yoga really came through. I'd love to train some more with Sara as i really connected to her style and loved her classes. Highy recommend.
Excellent class for expectant mothers to learn alternative birth techniques and holistic approach to birth.
This course coupled with the hospitals classes was a perfect balance for first time mothers. Thank you Sara, we thoroughly enjoyed and feel prepared and I charge of what’s to come:)
Bloom is my absolute favourite yoga studio! I first attended Sara’s pregnancy yoga classes in 2014 when pregnant with my first baby. Since then I’ve been to Sara’s pregnancy yoga and Mum + Baby yoga classes for all 3 babies, as well as her Women’s wellness series, Yin Yoga classes, full moon retreats & my new favourite Roll & Release workshops! I’ve loved all the classes & always leave feeling so much better. Sara is a wealth of knowledge & brings such a beautiful calm & grounded energy to the room. Thank you Sara & team!
