The QR website kept crashing, when I finally got to payment on my friend’s phone, the site had said an error occurred. Figured there was an error I would try to order on my phone again, this time no issues. I had spent 15 minutes trying to order.later the original order came out, meaning I paid for two meals because of the terrible site. Pizza was dry and because I had TWO meals I asked my group to have a slice each, nobody seemed to like it. Steak was over cooked, got medium instead of medium rare. Also, what’s the point of having a huge fan when it’s pointing towards only one table in the corner? Spent $86 and only had the stomach for half that. By the time I got all the food, even if it was good I wouldn’t of had enjoyed it because I was still annoyed at being double charged. Fix your site.

This was our first visit to Blasta Brewing Company, and we weren't overly impressed.
Our drinks took about 20min to come out, and the food was well over half an hour. It wasn't overly busy. The food was quite good though.
We were outside in the beer garden, and the music was ridiculously loud. I went inside and asked if it could be turned down a bit. The lady walked over to the music system, and I walked out, but when I got back to my table, I swear the music was louder than before.
We were there for about 4 hours, and had to yell to have a conversation with our friends. I had a screaming headache by the time we left.
I probably wouldn't really recommend it to anyone based on my experience.

Ahh Blasta.

What happened? You used to have great beers, experiment with different flavours and provided a good feed. Then the beers started to get stale, the hops overwhelming.

I had high hopes when you moved to the new premises. High hopes the that the food would improve. That the beers would improve. The beers have, the flavour is fresh, tasty. But there's no new beers, no experimental.

Then the food and service. The food is touch and go, get a pizza, they're good, but god forbid you want something less pub grub.

Let's start with flavours. Chicken tikka, way too salty. Rice, gluggy. Meh.
Bangers and mash, nice, good presentation and flavour. Hard to muck that up though, right?

Now the service. We ordered at 7: 20pm, pizza came out within 15 min, ok.what about the rest? Had to ask the staff about the rest of the order at 8pm to be told, it's coming. Steak sandwiches X2 came at 8: 10. Waited until 8: 20 for the chicken tikka to come out. Seriously, an hour? ! When there weren't that many people in the place.

This isn't the first time either. Staff seem resigned to making excuses and giving refunds when challenged.

Getting real tired of your nonsense Blasta. Do better.

I have been on a quest to find the best burger in Perth. (the lamb sandwich at the Woodbridge hotel in Guildford is the closest l have come to that l would go back for).
I was hopeful that the $27 burger at Blasta brewery might be a contender. But what a disappointment. I would expect at that price point (25% more expensive than average), l might get something reasonable. But l ended up with a small tasteless burger with overcooked chips. The waitress practically ran away after serving our food, possibly anticipating a complaint. I thought about complaining but having worked in a restaurant in my yoof and seeing what an offended chef could do to food after a complaint, l keep quiet.
My standard test is, would l go back?
No way for the food.
Maybe for a beer if nearby and l am thirsty but to be honest, l would rather give my money to a business that values me as a customer by serving appetizing quality food that reflects the price charged.

Great tasting food and massive portions. Best beef burgers I've had in years. Pale ale was tasty also but lager was so flat I couldn't finish it. The place looks big and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly and customer focused.

Had a booking for 12, arrived and was not greeted or anything. Asked bar staff behind the counter and I was told to stand aside, after waiting for nothing decided to just go find our own table. Drinks were good, multiple food orders were forgotten about or took a very long time. Main one was after 45 minutes of waiting one of the members from my group went and checked in about their pizza and were told that she never placed an order and which she then had to physically open up her bank app and show her transactions and individually list every item and price. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall.

All in all, a decent venue. I really like the style of venue and general vibe that this venue provides.
The beers and cider are good, but not amazing. You can order directly from the table via a QR code, a feature which I really like in a venue, but unfortunately here it has two issues. Not everything on their menu, both food and drinks, are available on the app. And, they messed up the service twice by only providing half of what we ordered. It was really busy though, and it was easily fixed so they get a pass for that.
With the exception of the chicken bites, which were excellent, the food was a bit lacklustre, and a clear result of trying to over complicate what would otherwise be a good pub menu. I would have liked to have tried the steak, but it wasn't on the app and I was lazy.
Overall I think its a cool vibe and quick serivce, and I'd recommend this place for a casual drink with friends.

Our Sunday dinner was an absolute disgrace!
Not even a choice of roast, it was chicken or chicken!

$29 for:

1 small roast chicken leg
2 pieces of hard carrot
1 piece of cauliflower
A handful of very small roast potatoes.
A few peas rolling about in the spaces on the plate
One Yorkshire Pudding that resembled a cricket ball after 20 overs at the WACA
20ml of gravy that looked like it had been measured with a 5ml medicine spoon

Without a doubt, the worst Sunday Dinner on the Perth pub and restaurant circuit.

We should have listened to our friends that said it was garbage.

Went here with my girlfriends to check out their Bottomless Brunch and my oh my was I blown away with the service, friendly and attentive staff, the food, value for money and just everything! Highly recommend checking this out if you haven't already

Meal was good drinks were good

but unfortunately there is nowhere enough parking got a ridiculously expensive $160 fine for parking on the dirt
for such a big establishment something needs to be done about parking
told staff and all They had to say was it is what it is
they need to barricade off all the dirt areas because $160 parking fine is not acceptable definitely won’t be going back any time soon!

Great brewery hidden away behind the Burswood Casino. Great beer and pub food at decent prices. I stopped by for a sneaky beer and chips. Fast service and nice casual atmosphere not too loud.

Let's put it that way, not the place to go if you're hungry. The beers might be ok but the food is, in my opinion, way overrated and way way overpriced for what it is. Qualit seriously went down since they first opened. Last time there was most definitely the last time for me.

Great beer range, but that’s where it ends.

Thought I would lash out on the expensive scotch fillet $46 and ordered it rare ($12 more than anything else on the menu). I was hoping for a thick juicy rare steak. Instead received a thin overcooked frisbee with boiled broccolini (definitely not charred as the menu claimed). The photo is the pinkest slice I could find.

Drink their beer, but eat elsewhere.

The sandpit setup is great for kids. Took a long time for our table to get wiped, the table based ordering system was offline, and the Sunday roast was the worst I’ve had in my life, couldn’t even cut through the beef it was so tough.

Been here a few times. Is my favourite brewery/craft beer style pub in the area (although a bit out of the way) Medium size selection of beers.but I do like most of them. (APA was very good) The food is not remarkable but definitely in the good Pub Grub category. Good ambience and friendly and helpful staff

Well what can I say, I have had some great times here, good drinks, great service and good food. Unfortunately today, after asking for a table (as we had not booked) I was told pick a table without a booking card, so I did. About an hour later I was approached by the manager, let's call her Karen to protect her rights, accused me of moving the card or destroying it, and as the table was booked we needed to move or leave. I asked to have a private conversation, but was unable to get a word in, literally. There ensued a tirade of abusive allegations in front of staff and the public, as she offloaded her guilt by blaming me and my guests. Well wow, I have never seen such an apauling manager. Was told we need to move or leave, we chose to finish our drinks and left. Needless to say we are never going back. And as a leadership trainer and coach of 30 plus years, the average number of people who hear about a poor experience is 1000, we had 6 guests so that's 7000 people who will then share that with another 1000, and so on. Sad that one person can have such a negative impact.

We had a party of 18 adults and 10 children. Ordered a large variety of dishes and could not fault any of them.
I ordered the squid ink pasta, with seafood. Amazing flavour and presentation.
Meals could not be faulted.

It's okay, i really wanted the lobster roll and i got the lobster roll but it wasn't that great. Everything too cold to taste, straight outta the fridge so a bit more care and attention with the meals would make a difference. Location wise it is great - semi- industrial area so I got my panel beating done and my wife sand blasted while i ate.

It used to be a great place.they just closing 2 hours before the closing time.and have the attitude that's right to do it.when you guys learn that you won't have the place without the customers? Anyway, the beer is still one if the best in Perth.
