Thank you for saving my dogs life after she was bitten by a snake! You took great care of her and us. We are forever grateful!

We had to have out Kelpie working dog, Boy, put to sleep today. It was the worst decision we’ve ever had to make. Big thanks to Dr Kyle Smith and Claire for showing so much love and empathy. We’re heartbroken and they made it so much easier and we know it was for Boy’s best. Hubby lost his companion however satisfied and greatful for the way they dealt with our loss.

Thanks so much. Coco had to have 2 teeth removed on Monday. Thank you for caring, she is recovering really well. Your prices were very reasonable to for Dental Month, and l forgot to ask them to clip her nails as well, but when l went to pick her up they did it without me asking. Caring people, great prices, our Community is very lucky to have you here. Thank you from Coco and me, Chrissy.

Fabulous vet, went for a first checkup on some kittens, the vet was lovely and kind, and the ladies there were super accommodating.

The Vets & Nurses are always knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Our dogs LOVE going there.

Have had the usual run of urgent needs for my dog and they have been great with treatment options and after hours help (located at their manjimup site). The Vets and their staff have been really good to Ruby, glad to have them in town.

Difficult to get an appointment but did fit the dog in to get a grass seed removed from his ear, great with a dog in pain

Felt ripped off. Our 14 yr old dog has been on meds for 12 mths. We have reports from other vets. We shouldn't have to be charged for a consultation to buy another months supply of meds.

Friendly staff and appointment as per scheduled time. Extremely pleased with the thorough checkup provided by the vet. No attempt to sell me stuff I didn't want.

Waited 25 minutes for the vet to see our dog no worries we are quite patient! Then whilst sat there after this time another man walked in and we were ignored (he was quite clearly far more important).
The nurse asked the vet in front of us if he had seen a small lump on our dog she could have directed the question to both the vet and us but she did not we quite clearly are not aware of our dogs anatomy.

Vet sarcastic and patronising!

This group of vets and nurses are great; when you are scared about the health of a beloved pet, they show such empathy. My dog had serious problem this weekend, the emergency vet told me what to do over the weekend and to get her straight in Monday morning and she would be okay without having to pay horrendous call out fees. Just so relieved we have a great practice here in town.
