My experience of having Miles as our property manager has been excellent. He is organised, friendly and a great communicator. Miles takes on tasks with a positive attitude and sees things through.

My experience of Blackburne overall has been a bit disappointing. Miles is our 4th property manager since we signed up with Blackburne just over a year ago and some things have slipped through the cracks due to the turnover. We had one property report show up a month late with the photos all cut in half, but thankfully on that occasion we did get a refund.

Tiahn has been our property manager at Blackburne for almost a year now and dealing with her has been nothing but a pleasure. Always, polite, friendly, professional and, most of all helpful she always gets the job done with little fuss. No query or request for assistance is ever overlooked and is always followed up promptly with and email for record keeping and consistency and, Tiahn never gives up until the job is done or query resolved. On a personal level and, as a tenant, we feel respected and taken care of.

An amazing property manager. She is reliable and hardworking. Stays back extremely late to complete her jobs rather than leaving it for later. Smooth to deal with. Handles tenants concerns and deals with us owners immediately to rectify issues. Never once fused with her workload. We have 3 properties she looks after with ease. Professionalism aside…. She is truly a good person and we are so glad she found us.

The staff provides the professional and responsive service to help me take care of all the chores.

I have had Blackburne as a property management service between Oct 2018 to April 2021, and overall my experience has been relatively positive.

Amendments to the lease in my favour were relatively easy and pain free, as well as good systemics within the process to cut through any difficulty in finding where to report/find particular issues or information

A few issues with maintenance logged in the property condition reports not being addressed.like at all, if it was on a PCR, it wouldn’t be fixed.

My decision to leave the property and move away from using blackburne was solely financial, the experience was made so much easier and stress free l, and this is mostly attributed to Samantha Panton who handled my vacate with finesse, and great emotional intelligence.

Moving houses is one of the top 3 most stressful things that a person can deal with (legitimately), and her understanding, leniency, and ability to give options and be malleable around my own situations was unimaginably appreciated.

Overall my experience has been mostly good, save for the maintenance aspect
