My Support Coordinator left Black Swan without any notice and the org didn't tell me either, I heard from someone at a different org. My LAC couldn't get through via phone and emails were never responded to, all at a time when I need help the most.
I'm looking elsewhere, it's been over a month with no contact and waiting is just causing too much stress.
Have been trying to get an appointment on 4 occasions without luck but spending endless time on hold to be told the booking lady can't answer my phone call. If front of house is run like this I do not hold much hope for the actual consultations
Very poor service from Black Swan. I reached out after being referred months ago and didn't receive contact back from them for some time. After following up in regards to the initial appointment, I was charged a DNA fee when they rushed me into an appointment without calling me directly nor giving me time to rearrange my work commitments.
Excellent team of dietiains who have a wealth of knowledge. Would recommend to anyone looking for dietary advice.
Fantastic service with clinicians who genuinely care. Would 100% recommend.
