6 The food is as usual, delicious. I highly recommend the qalandari.
The prices are alright and the overall speed and customer service is
Would recommend this place, and I don't really get the reviews. Maybe they came on a bad day
Food taste really good, authentic and amazing but the service takes far too long. But overall really good
Used to like this place purely because of food. But now even that is bad. To start with rude front desk staff, floor is slippery as if someone poured oil all over. Be aware that the wait for food is at least 1-2 hours (from initial ordering). No one.absolutely no staff pay attention to you, even if you try to get their attention.
I’ve been to this place about 3 times (this time being my last) because the place is local but there is zero improvement in anything mentioned above. So I gave them my chances and will not return again. Oh and each time I was here, food coast has increased rapidly. Wishing you all the best of luck because you are gonna need it if you don’t improve.
Worst ever customer service in entire Australia. So rude, no manners, from boss to staff at front counter they treat customer like we are their servent or we owe them something. If you can't run the business or not happy to serve guests please shut down your business
I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere in the world. The man at the counter was extremely rude. He insisted if I want soup, I should go to some other restaurant. Then I changed my order and asked for snacks and tea. He told me to leave because “it might take too long to prepare tea”. I said I am not in a rush and sat down at a free table.
After an hour, I asked him how long will it be and he almost started an argumentative monologue. To the best of my memory his exacts words were, “ I don’t control the world. How do I know how long will your food be. I am here at the counter, tea is prepared in the kitchen at the back. I cannot find out the time. If you want tea you either wait or just leave”.
I was shocked and left the restaurant.
