Bird and Fish Place

What a joke - bought two lovely birds and was told they had a clean bill of health, only for them to pass on air sac mites to my entire aviary. Massive disappointment due to unknowledgeable staff.

This place was so awesome the kids loved wondering around and seeing what animals they could find the gigantic gorilla was my favorite.

Amazing range of birds. Unfortunately this place lacks service and there didn't seem to be anyone to help us. Went to buy some finches and canaries however ended up leaving empty handed.

Cool little spot. Loved seeing all the birds. Staff is very helpful and a good place for a bargain. Spent a good hour last week walking and talking to the birds. Took hubby this morning and he enjoyed it too. If you want to shop where the pets on display are happy go there. Still have a bit to go in habitat enclosures but definately saw some happy birds, fish and rabbit. Really enjoyed it today and will keep going back.

Have spent >$3k over the years. Was not refunded for shops error for unique item, and only offered store credit. A big letdown to only be offered credit for an item which the store had mis-identified.

Went down for the dog wash, Naomi was great with my Staffy's first wash. Very professional and caring

Nice selection of fish and pond / aquarium products though a couple of 'floaters' im a couppe of thebponds and tanks that always concerns me in stores like this. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to bring young kids. The parrots around the back are brilliant. 'Wanna scratch' lol.

Lots of beautiful birds, ponds, garden items and goldfish. As far as tropical fish go considering it's the bird and FISH place they really dont have much at all. Places like City Farmers and Pet City have a much better variety of fish. When I went they literally had maybe 6 guppies. Customer service was poor, not once did we get asked what we were in for or if we needed help, but once we started talking to people they were lovely.

Love this place! Great spot for a wander and the the best place to find your fish or birds. There's lots of different types of parrots to fall in love with here.

They have a really nice collection of fish and birds. Located conveniently on the way to Lesmerdie falls, this place is worth visiting. They do have giant plastic dinosaurs, gorillas, sharks and other animals on display so kids will love the visit.

I have visited a few times. Customer service is a little disconcerting and one is made to feel a little bit of an inconvenience. Left feeling perturbed unfortunately, once too often.

Took the kids there on the weekend it was like going to a zoo, only it was free. Didn't really need anything there, but it was a fun little visit. Wouldn't go out of my way to go back unless I was aiming to buy something.

We go to THE BIRD AND FISH PLACE all the time. Friendly staff. Good variety of birds n fish. The staff are very friendly n answer any question. Very helpful. Love the statues. Great place to take the kids over the hoildays. Awesome variety of pet toys n food. Great prices.

I went buy my red factor canaries from here but they need more variety of birds more parrots Larger variety of birds Need to fill up more avairys!
