Every treatment I have received with Anja at Biota in Harmony has been so transformative, and unique in the intentions and outcomes each time. The treatments are always tailored to whatever you need on the day, and Anja’s compassionate and non-judgemental approach to holding space for however you show up is so beautiful and nurturing, invariably resulting in a transcendental experience and the inner shift that is needed most at that time. The Biota space has a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere and you are immediately put at ease as soon as you step inside. Anja always allows you the time and space to unfurl and is so invested in understanding what you are most needing at that moment, and meets you wherever you are in your journey. The treatments are intuitive, nurturing and imbibe the feeling of calm, empowerment and self love. A very special lady and a very special place, for which I am so grateful.

My 10 year old son has ASD and his school teacher was calling me at his wits end, asking me what do I do, he’s crying all the time I can’t get him to do any work. My gut told me to try Reiki so I booked him in that afternoon. It’s hard for him to sit still, so I didn’t know how he would go but Sonny talked to him through the first few sessions and gave him a crystal to fidget with. Now he falls asleep on the table. His emotions are balanced, he is content and no longer has outbursts which means he is able to do so much more. His latest report card says it’s all.

I discover Biota In Harmony for a workshop then I have experience aroma touch massage and Woman Circle on Tuesday, what I can say? I had an amazing experience each time, I found a quiet and safe place where I can rest, relax, stop from my busy life and reconnect with myself in an amazing environment and with an amazing couple! Thank you Anja and her husband.

This space is amazing! It invokes a sense of calm from the second you walk in but the truly beautiful experience is engaging with Anja and Sonny who are genuinely passionate about improving the lives of others.

I've had Aromatouch Technique with Anja which sends me into a state of pure bliss while Reiki with Sonny leaves me both energised and relaxed at the same time. No matter what treatment I have here, Anja and Sonny bring their hearts and joy into each and every one.

I'm also a fan of all the different workshops that are held in the space. They have all been very informative, educational and fun and I've met some amazing like-minded people through this.

I've been going to Biota in Harmony for a few month and it's always been an amazing experience. Sonny and Anja (the owners) are amazingly friendly people who always make sure I feel welcome.
It's always an oasis of calmness and tranquillity.

I am just blown away by the way Sonny presents himself both professionally and personally. The centre is beautiful and smells divine from the essential oils they use and sell. I personally attend the men’s group Sonny runs and it is the highlight of my week. You could not be in safer hands if you want to experience a Reiki healing session I highly recommend stopping in and getting to know the centre.

Beautiful health centre in Vic Park right at the strip. They offer Reiki treatments, therapeutic & aroma massages, yoga and a lot of cool workshops. Have tried the yoga, reiki and chocolate workshop (went with my partner on Valentine's day) and am joining the men's circle. The owners really put effort in creating a wellness centre for all where a holistic approach is helping me on my personal health journey.
