Biosymm Physiotherapy

Really hard to get a consistent person at consultations. No notes recorded for new person and exercised not loaded into app as promised. Even suggested that i don’t do all three appointments and soo the exercises at home.

Very good experience having this as my physio place. Always had problems with my back and further injured it through work who paid for it. Came here and not once felt lesser or worried for myself. Althought the outside design of the building is not as appealing, the service and equipment inside to assist in recovery is honestly astonishing. Very professional, very caring and still have a good social aspect where i feel comfortable in. Further big thanks to Jack Leaversuch for being my physio too.

Biosymm have helped me multiple times for the treatment of rock climbing/gym injuries. The therapists are extremely knowledgable and had me back to training in no time.

Had a lower back injury and was initially unsure about attending Biosymm, but after attending can confirm that service was professional and genuine. I am impressed with the advice and treatment provided. Would recommend anyone who wants well rounded physiotherapy service.

So disappointed, I asked to be told how I was doing as the assessment meant everything to me, finally a decent job and financial stability.
Kale did the assessment and I left feeling very confident with his input.
Three days later I get the shock call from my potential employer, telling me my heart rate rose at some point therefore, I failed and lost the job. Absolutely gutted and shocked because this wasn't told to me as I'd asked, everything else was. Damned cruel. I asked for honesty and trusted Kale. Should know by now honesties dead and so is respect.

Should have checked the price of the initial consult before going in for my appointment so my own fault really but this place is quite pricey.
