What a Frustrating company to deal with it took me multiple emails and numerous phone calls to try and cancel the policy and even after they confirmed in writing that it was cancelled, they still deducted another monthly premium now almost 3 weeks later I am still waiting for approx two months of premium refund.
Unfortunately all they do is blame it on their finance team.
I am actually feeling like it was a good decision to cancel the policy as if it is this hard to do that, you have to wonder what making a claim would be like.

Great company. Really great to deal with people who are cyclists themselves when submitting insurance claims. They just get it. Long time customer and will be one for years to come.

Have used Bikesure for a number of years for home and contents insurance and coverage for road racing bikes. Unfortunately have had to make 2 different claims due to accidents whilst racing, but have found their claims process to be quick and efficient. Insurance isn't particularly sexy and it's pretty difficult to get excited about something you never hope to need. Nevertheless, a recent bike crash meant I had cause to claim on my Bikesure policy and I'm happy to report it was handled both far better than expectations and exactly as well as I'd heard from others.

Part of the process was protracted and frustrating, (something understandably out of Bikesure's hands), but the team, particularly Tim, advocated for my needs and ensured a satisfactory conclusion to the claim.
