Took my bike for a service. Had to ask for a price, and after a high quote for a couple of extras (including $30 for a tube change) I went with it because I just wanted it done. When I picked it up, I was sprung with a bunch of extras without notice. After all that, i discovered at home that they hadn't even pumped up my front wheel as part of the service.

Very expensive and I was very upset that the basics hadn't even been done as part of the routine service.

Can't fault at all, have had my road bike serviced, the kids' bike's serviced, they also put a cassette on my indoor trainer free of charge. Cheers!

No good, kids bike tyre inner tube charged $30/=, freaking expensive, have done elsewhere before for just $10/=

Great to deal with. I needed a BMX shipped to Sydney, they pulled it down and packed it free of charge and helped out every step of the way. Bike arrived I damaged very happy! Highly recommended

Except the fact that nobody checked if the work was done before taking the money, or checked the work was done as they wheeled the bike out the store, that's just slack workmanship with zero love for your job, Had I picked up the bikes instead of my wife, you would have had a 1 to 1 lesson on how to do your job, so now off to e-bay to buy a brake bleed kit and do the job properly myself, just so happens that the photo is of my 6 year old bike who complained he had no brakes.this is how we got it back! Focus on your job instead of the Tv!

These guys are awesome they gave me a discount on my bmx I got the brakes fixed new tyres and new grip gave me $25 off. Can't thank you more for what you did you guys are legends

These guys are so knowledgeable and helpful! Went in there to enquire about an entry level road bike - stocks are low due to covid. So they took the time to educate me on bike choice as I'd have to look for something second hand. Can't say how thankful I am for their time and passing some knowledge onto me. I'll be going back in there with my second hand purchase to replace what's needed and get some assistance with the setup of the bike.
Again, I'm very very thankful!

Put my ebike in with completely jammed chain, bent derailer. Arrived at the shop at 9am no one there, rang to be told they were running late. (Fair enought it happens) left the bike expecting it to be a couple of days, rang still no quote told they would ring, next day got a message to say it was ready. Untested and told wheel spokes were bent here is the bill. Paid it including the miscellaneous item that wasnt explained. Road to work today. Still a slipping issue when changing gears. Stopped at Bikeforce Balcatta on the way home thinking they were all affiliated stores arent. Fixed the issue by replacing a part that was severely worn in 10 minutes.
Sorry guys i wont be back better service at Bikeforce Balcatta.

I put my 15 year old bike in to get the bottom crank bearing replaced and was delighted with the service. As well as the new bearing, all the grease and dirt was cleaned from the bike, and adjustments were made to the gear selector which had bugged me for so long I had forgotten how it should work. I don't mind paying a reasonable price for items but I got charged $5 for an item (schrader valve adaptor) that you can get for 43 cents off ebay. I will informing my friends of what you charge and they can decide themselves whether they would buy anything from you in the future.

Worst customer service ever experienced! I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday and paid a deposit as I was told it would definitely arrive in time. The day before I get a call that the wrong bike had arrived/ordered and they would have to send it back over east and the new one wouldn’t arrive in time. I asked the young girl if my deposit would be refunded so I could find somewhere else to purchase so my daughter would have her birthday present on her birthday, she said yes I’m sure that won’t be a problem but I will check with the owner and call you back. I called back a few times waiting for an answer from the owner who was apparently having family issues and couldn’t be reached. I found someone who stocked the bike in Fremantle so drove all the way there to buy that one. I have called, emailed, been in the store and Facebook messaged this store chasing up my refund from July. No returned messages. I did speak to the owner once who said they were waiting for the refund from the supplier and he would call me back. This was months ago! They are not to be trusted! Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

Dropped a wheel off with a broken spoke at 10am. By the end of the day it was fixed, squeezed into their busy workshop schedule at no additional charge. They even had colouring in pages for the kids to do while I found the two or three extras you always need from a bike shop. Will be back as a regular for sure.

This shop has had a chequered past. But now under Barry's management it is all great again. Well worth a visit.
