I made a last minute booking via phone call just a day before my visit. The booking process was easy and hassle-free. Irene was the massage therapist that I had, she is very experienced and simply amazing! I like how she introduced herself in the beginning and used my name throughout the interactions that we had, it made me feel very welcoming and so friendly. Prices are also very transparent as you can find it easily on their website. Would recommend!

Poor service, rude customer service.
I have been to them for years on and off but just once I forgot to cancel my booking. I got blasted on the phone and I apologised but she started taking it too personal! The service has become bad it’s all about the money and need to pay bills blah blah!

The quality of the therapist not average. First time was good. Second time after massage just felt Even worse.

Very poor attitude from owner/manager. You can seriously see where her priorities are, her profit not your service.

I have been a long term customer and have been coming here to treat lower back pain and neck and shoulder issues. This is especially more so due to the nature of my job as a pilot. Recently I have come to get treatment for early stage sciatica due to long hours in the seat and past issues with sports. I have to say the treatment by Thana was excellent and provided much relief with her knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I look forward to the best session whenever I am back in Perth. Make advanced bookings as the slots are always filled up quickly. Highly recommended!

Recommend make a phone call before you go, quite busy on Saturday n Sunday. They have provided remedial massage, normal massage. Price are average but professional.

My go to massage in Perth. Be clear on what your issues are and they will propose methods to solve. Pressure point massage was amazing!

Highly recommended! Tim is a great therapist, highly knowledgeable about body mechanics and his technique is really effective. I have seen him twice and my back and neck are much better thanks to his remedial massage.

I had a deep tissue massage, for someone that gets a massage every few weeks I am quite picky, this place has not only top tier customer service they also know what they are doing.

Needed some massage after long flight, def feel relaxed afterwards. A little bit pricey but I did enjoy it.

The presentation of the premises was clean and inviting. The lady at reception was professional and had a lovely demeanour.
I had Irene as a massage therapist.she was outstanding. She introduced herself, had a quick discussion about my needs then started work. She constantly checked with me to make sure I was ok and that the pressure was right. It would of been extremely hard work for her as my body was in knots and I like constant firm pressure. The room was quiet (unlike the local shopping centre massage places) and I enjoyed every aspect of my experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the price.same as I have been paying for substandard massages. I will be returning to Bigfoot massage.thank you to my friend who recommended them.

I had a 60min foot massage, when I walked in thr door my feet were very sore and swollen, by the time I left the swelling had significantly reduced and my feet were almost pain free. I would definitely recommend this place

90 min massage with Paolo on a saturday afternoon was lacking in every way. Poor time management. Uncaring demeanor. Average skill.
Receptionists comment was that maybe next time will be better. Go somewhere else.

Have been here with my partner twice now and both times we have both had a great massage. Todays appointment for me with Jaye (sorry if I’m misspelling that) was especially good. One of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. The staff are all super lovely and very helpful. The environment is nice in the waiting area and the rooms and the business as a whole is very Covid and hygiene conscious which is always appreciated, especially with something like this.

Been here a couple of times. Massage before this was good (hence the 2 stars). However, I had a massage recently but the masseuse was rough and the massage was extremely painful. I was shaking so bad because of the pain and told the lady to go softer but no response was given. I went on to say “please, the pressure is really too much” but still no response was given and massage continued to be painful and rough. I have never been to a massage where I have ended in tears because of the pain.

I enjoyed it but I had bruises on my calves afterwards. I'd still go again, I would just ask for a softer massage. My massage therapist and the the owner were both lovely.

Yes, yes everyone knows the massages here are great and effective but also their website's "Investing" page is hilarious and satirical.
