A bit noisy being behind an Ampol SS, with trucks stopping for food. The site appears a bit tired.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. Tidy, grassed sites - or with slab if you prefer- lots of trees and surrounded by plantation. Very peaceful. Facilities spotless and well maintained. New basins, mirrors etc. Camp kitchen well equipped. Staff delightful.

Basic and clean. Good hot water and fast internet. Has laundry and a camp kitchen. Conveniently the first park off the highway (good for stopover) and next to the Ampol Petrol Foodary. It's a short 5min drive to IGA.

But there's a reason why the park is called "Plantation Park" - The highlight was the owners own a farm right next to the caravan park, just a walk from the absolution block. Bought fresh Avocados, icy mango lollies ($2.50 ea) and even had a mini tour of their orchard lined with different fruits. My first time seeing a Reed Avocado tree!

If staying in Carnarvon, highly recommend staying here. It's amongst plantations and lovely and quiet. Pets allowed also. A little bit out of the main town but better because of this.

An older but quiet van Park, nice young lady at office, great price, amenities older but clean, tidy and strong water pressure in showers, lots of trees and grass although a few bindii. Far enough from town.

We certainly would recommend this Park to everyone considering staying in Carnarvon WA. It's a very peaceful place to rest and reset. Really close to the Space Museum and its a short drive to the centre of town and that makes for a more tranquil setting. Now we all know how important it is to have friendly efficient people running these parks and that's exactly what you get when you stay here. Ketut is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for her. She can be seen constantly working towards creating a very clean and welcoming homey feel in the Park. Thank you Ketut and Wes for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be recommending to everyone.

We had a great experience here. Was a short drive to other parts of the town and had beautiful trees and birds surrounding the cabin. Ketut and other staff were lovely and service was excellent. Would say rooms were quite small but we had five people staying there. Overall thought this was great:)

Stayed for 5 weeks at this caravanpark with our campervan. Nice and clean showers with good waterpressure. Toilets and laundry place was nice and clean aswell. The camp kitchen is good with stoves that work on gas and there's a smart tv wich you can use. The wifi at the park works good enough to watch YouTube and have videocalls with friends/family.

The owner of the camping is very sweet and made our longer stay a pleasure! Tip: try the frozen mango wich is sold at the reception.

A welcome port in a storm! Had a very pleasant unexpected 1 night stay here when our car broke down on a family trip. Tidy, clean, and relaxed grounds, with wonderful friendly, personalised and helpful service both during and after our stay to help us practically with our situation. Happily recommend.

Would highly recommend this caravan park!
Stayed here for 5 weeks in our campervan during work on a farm nearby. The park is quiet and clean and has everything you need. Showers are fantastic and camp kitchen is good and clean as well. Big plus: the wifi is really good! Could download Netflix and apps and stream YouTube without any problems.

The owners of the campground are really nice and always there for you when you need anything.

And I'm gonna give the same tip as the previous review: try the frozen mango. It's delicious!

4 years full time on the road - rudest reception I have encountered.
Definitely not Big 4 standard.

We stayed here for just 1 night in a cabin. It was relatively well equipped and clean. The campsite looks very run down and neglected, the sites looked extremely tight. Wouldn't stay again, it was just a quick stop for us.

We love this caravan park!
A relaxed atmosphere, suuuper nice hosts, big spots which are very easy to get into, lots of space.
Great location and we looove the food from the plantation next door!

The management was great to deal with, the facilities were clean and the showers - excellent. I rocked up not booked in, it was not a problem to find a spot for me, a newbie camper driver & at the time I advised I had doubts about my ability in reverse.lol It was a pleasure to stay there, even for just 2 nights. I'll gladly stay again as it's out of town & away from the noise.
Their wi-fi even worked!

Pretty disappointed. We were passing through Carnarvon and needed a caravan site for 1 night. We called and were told they have something and then when we said only one night stay, they told us we could only get a spot for 2 night minimum. There was nothing else available in town. So much for paying for membership.

We drove through this park and was in disbelief that it could use the Big 4 name. It is beyond run down! The pictures listed on here do not represent the true Indication of the place. It doesn’t feel safe
