BIG W Phoenix Park

It's a good size store. Will have most of the things you will need, or be looking for. However some products are online only and obviously will not be there.

It used to be a wonderful place to shop. Overall, the store looks very tired and in need of a refit. Also, many items we purchased didn't have the correct ticketing on the shelves. The one lady the checkout was super nice though. A real asset for the store.

Very disappointed with the ladies staff members in apparel, needed some help from one of them in the kids wear but they just look down on you and not helpful at all. Always say no or this is all we have. (when they could advise what near by stores have in stock) Always seem to have a bad experience at this store! Where as when I go to Cockburn they couldn’t be more happier to help you. Phoenix management need to look into this. So disappointing

I Shopping there it's close and I always leave with what I'm after.

Never do a click and collect from this store. Took more than 3 hours to get my 1 order processed. So I went in store to collect my order thinking they would at least get it for me but no. The rude blonde girl at the service desk told me to get it myself and bring it back without properly telling me where it was. The whole point of me doing a click and collect was to pick it up without me walking all around the store to find it. When I get back they were giggling and chatting away no wonder why my order wasn’t ready. We basically did their job as they were so lazy to even do one simple order. Ironic how you call it the service desk when you give no service. YOU HAD ONE JOB.

Call them and ask if they have what you want before going there.there always short on a few things

The reason this is getting 5* is from the stellar service we received from an employee on Saturday afternoon. She went to the warehouse to request a pallet be taken down for a small suitcase we were set on buying that day and came to find us in the store to let us know it would be another 10-15 minutes as they were getting another pallet down for someone else. That is service! And sadly it is hard to find such good service these days.
I hope the employee in question reads this one day and know she was appreciated (we did thank her!) The other staff members working in the same area all had really nice manners. Smiling. Courteous.

Be aware. Direct to boot is undercover and only vehicles under 2.0m can fit. These details aren't i clouded in the confirmation email.

Awesome store, scored a few crazy bargains on some tv series, their movie DVDs are fairly unorganised though and need better pricing

I think that Big W put the slowest checkout people on so that I will be tempted to self serve. Not happening!

Just had an elderly staff member lady stand over my granson and his friend, because they are aboriginal, took their money and item claiming it was priced wrong.racism at its finest.

Good old BigW only available in a few shopping centers scattered around Perth.
We found the winter clothes we were looking for, but seemed like the ones available here were a bit different to the ones in Riverton.
However, we were happy with our purchase!

Big w is an awesome shop to buy things only if they are cheap aswell they have great stuff to buy by Melissa Rebecca Louise Matthews higgions

Normal big w store, staff are great, store is always quiet at night time staff outnumber customers by far.

Witnessed the lady at the front being beyond rude to one customer. However it made up for how friendly one staff member was when she guided me to what was left of the school clothes supply.

It's quieter than it used to be, probably because of Cockburn Central. That being said it was a quick in and out but if I had, had the time would of been easy to wander around. Check out was steady store was clean and tidy.

Web site stated the item I was looking for was there but, there was none in the store and finding someone to ask that's another issue

It's Big W, it is what it is. The lady at the front of the store was very helpful directing me to the products. I needed, in and out in a couple of minutes.

Terrible customer service! Service desks are not attended to and when you do ask for help from staff they go and hide behind a wall, in hopes that you'll just walk away? What a joke!
