I've always found Big W - Mirrabooka a great place to shop. You have a fantastic greeter whose energy and cheeriness just brightens up your day. The selection of products is pretty good.there's always room for improvement. I always seem to find just what I'm looking for. Whatever they may lack in products, they certainly make up in good old-fashioned customer service. Any of the staff are willing to stop what they're doing to help you. Definitely will shop here again.

Always friendly and kind staff. Willing to help in anyway. The products I've purchased here have lasted me a while and I plan to purchase more.

Wouldn't recommend click and collect from this store as they're often out of stock and don't advise at the time of ordering

Staff is very helpful but the shop is in a wifi/4g/5g black hole. I couldn't connect my reward card with the phone. Had to use the plastic card.

Prices are awesome but the staff is mostly clueless and the stock levels are questionable.the Asian lady who greets you apon entering the shop is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 stars.

I ordered a PS5 game from this location that was 10km from my delivery address. The Big W store said it had stock on their online website for this location which it didn't. So when I recieved a tracking code for my game it was coming from NSW on the other side of australia. I would've gone in person to check stock availability and collect the game but I'm currently doing 7 days isolation which is why I ordered online. I payed express shipping and I don't think I'm going to get it on my last day of isolation tommorow. In case your wondering yes it is very boring being trapped in a room for 7 days. They really need to update there physical store stock and online website to be more insync with each other so this dosen't happen and aggravate customers.

Friendly and happy staff, ready to give a hand if needed. I put a layby on and was treated with respect and importance, the young lady who served me engaged with me in personal conversation and we had a little laugh together. Was a fun shopping experience

Slowest service ever!

Big W clearly states on their websites that click and collect orders before 12pm will be ready for pick up on the same day by 4pm. So where is my order a day later? !

Kmart offers faster service and cheaper prices. Never again Big W.

This place reminds me of Walmart in the US. Store is a bit dated but always has the stock so it's reliable

So enjoy shopping at Big W.always great bargains, variety and Customer Service. They are mannered, fast and efficient.

The store is great, but don't bother trying to call them. I sat on hold for 13 minutes and then someone picked up the phone and hang up straight away. Called them back and sat on hold again for 8 minutes and same thing happened. Could easily say "we are super busy right now, can you call us back? " Or take my name and number and call me back. Instead of just hanging up.

Big W is such a superior franchise to Kmart or Target. Got my kid's book week costume sorted from their party section for under $30. Great store.

Always walk out disappointed unfortnately they have become quite pricey

Love it! Can always get what we need. But the staff need better customer service skills they are so rude. Expect the door lady shes lovely
