Busy pre-Christmas rush for a table lamp then a search to the opposite end of the store for a globe to fit

Pleasant staff. Large range of goods. Good prices.
Returns policy strict when compared with Kmart. This is a downer for me as I never try on clothes in store.

I got good value for money here. Plenty of bargains to pick up and a great variety of goods from clothes to electrical goods to pet food.

Great layout.friendly staff always help.check content of purchase as alot of shoplifting occurs.ie toy section

Love the service i get here! Always a friendly face greeting me and the kids as i walk in. In store, theres soo much variety! Best shoe collection for kids compared the kmart anyways!

Shopping in store is ok, a lot of the time stock availability for the items I want is an issue. I have tried their click and collect service, based upon my experience I do not recommend that at all, sadly it is a very time consuming inefficient exercise and I found it much easier just to go in store.

Usually I enjoy shopping here, but today there was the rudest lady at the self serve. I tried to inform her that I was entering with pre-purchased goods and she simply walked away after looking at me 3 times, clearly noticing I was wanting to talk to her. Poor customer service to be honest. Please do something about this

The comments regarding Lisa from Tec Department is so disgusting you obviously must be a very impatient person I have dealt with this lady many time and found her to be a very professional helpful and kind what's wrong with you Thank you Big W for such wonderful staff member

Lisa at the electronics counter is the rudest and most unprofessional team member I have ever encountered. She is rude and loud and on a power trip. Re training is definitely needed on how to speak to customers and the rules around the rewards program!

Lots of cheap stuff. Good variety and nice range. I always buy too much here! It's also close to carpark. I always get my playstations and games here. The playstations always seem to be cheapest around. It's also good for weird items you can't find in other shops. Bon appetite.

There seems to be quite a few staff working but don't seem to care about customers and just kept talking amongst themselves.

Was only greeted by someone in the tech section and this was after walking past half a dozen staff.

Hate that I was forced to be use self check the out as no register was open. It was a nightmare everything went wrong a machine yelling a me it really put me off shopping there. It was late night and plenty of staff why only self serve? Have a register open because next time I'll just leave the stuff and walk out. I'm not a sales assistant and I dont want to be! No to self serve checkouts

Always terrific shopping especially great homewares, linens and outstanding choice of books. So much cheaper than bookshops

Big W it's a great store an lots of cheep stuff but no Motorola phone cases I can't seem to find one I will have to try somewhere else hope I have some luck

Old and dated store, staff hard to find. Ask about a product that was list on their website (not indicated as Web exclusive), was informed they did not even have a sku in their system for it.

Do not go online for the toy sale it's a mess, I'm outraged that during covid they can't have the online store items available. I only order 6 items and they want me to drive 1.5 hrs to the store that has all the items I have in stock, This is unacceptable.
Kmart and target will b getting our money next year and we won't b returning to bigw. A large company like this understood the layout it's backwards and built by monkeys

Good shopping in Kmart, one staff memember went above and out of her way, to help us locate what we were looking for. Thank you Kim, your dedication was appreciaed. Thier should be a lot more like you.

A massive shopping centre a bit like Aladdin's cave i had trouble finding what I was looking for.

I normally visit this store but i never experience extra help except today i highly recommended the gentlemen name alan for the extra effort to get the gazebo tent we needed for camping. He is really amazing.
