I would have given 5 stars but I could not find anyone too help me find items I wanted, but the range off products was extremely good and prices reasonable watch out Kmart

Went looking for something I heard about from a 3rd party and found it first try. Good range of products and generally everything is in stock. Just be aware that if buying clothes, not all centimetres are created equal.best to try on before you buy.

Helpful staff. Wide variety of stock. Good range of clothing & all other areas of stock. Would like to see garden centre come back.

Staff can be helpful however the store has been over crowded with pallets on the floor and loose stock in places it shouldn't be so for anyone with social anxiety would not recommend going

Good stock levels most of the time, however if it's on sale forget it, usually not to be seen!

It used to be good but prices are getting quite high these days and they never seem to have stock so we always end up having to go to the next closest big W In the area

Same day delivery = don't bother.paying the extra $$ is just not worth it. Two days later and still waiting for my online order to arrive.

Staff were helping at the balloon department, and actually made me laugh, sweet. Everything was clean. And organize. Low supply of 60 balloons but I was able to get what I want.

Did an online order for 12 items. My order was picked within 30 mins and I drove down to pick up right from the front of the store! Brilliant service thanks guys, although perhaps a bigger sign pointing to the pickup area as one lady said she walked all the way to the back of the store to the lay-by area, oops.

I like this Big W as it's not overwhelmingly busy, easy parking and good for those duck in and out moments.

Love wandering thru, sooo much to look at. Staff say hello and are helpful. Gave one star less, cos i have travel a ways.my suburb diesnt have a Big W

My go to for my little projects I do at home. Always have the stuff I need never had an issue with them great location don’t need to go far for stuff.

Reduced selection of + sized relaxing/PJs/ lounging wear. Hard to find stock between regular and Avena sized.

Convenient shopping centre, covering a wide range of clothes products, home and entertainment, and baby stuff too.
It's not too big so easy to locate what you are looking for.
PS: They also sell books and wool for crochet.

I enjoy this Big W, not just because it's close to home but it's clean, shelves are mostly tidy and the staff are helpful. If you go first thing in the morning and you don't like self serve, they open a check out. And it seems to me they have the right person in each department eg: wanted to know something about a particular book and the lady knew the obscure author and the book that was asked. Also the same in the garden section.

Just like every Big W, except the customers here are really interesting, a bit like Walmart clients in the USA.

Customer service is always 100% even the ladies doing stock take whom usually don't speak to customers are always happy to help.
