BIG W Kingsway

Big and well stocked, as a BIG W should be. The friendly and helpful Staff put it above some others.

Big W is Big W, a one stop budget department store.

Nice layout, pleasant staff, great carpark.

Very handy for all my needs. Amenities are always clean. Aldi is great value, staff at woolworths are friendly, best pot of tea is Muffin break Caitland & Carmen greet all customers with a smile. For the elderly they take to their table what they have ordered. They go the extra mile.

Well priced goods. Great range of homewares for every day use. The Big W range is fair and well priced. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Staff no nothing, they are rude and obnoxious and unhelpful, they told me I could exchange my item and so I went it to exchange and then I was told no and instead I would have to refund and repurchase, instead of checking if the item I wanted instead was available they refunded it and then the item wasn’t there and wouldn’t help me sort it out, they are useless and should all be fired

Very easy to get into the car park from the main roads, and always spaces available too. The mall is clean, great option of shops and I’ve always found it to be a very enjoyable place to shop.

Found what I needed, no fuss. Staff member on entry was upbeat, friendly and guided us to area required.

I agree with previous reviews that customer service is lacking at this store. My experience today some staff i.e. The older female staff member in the lay-by department needs to be retrained in the basics of customer service and communication.

My wife and myself went to Big W to get a few items. One of the cashiers was having an issue, dropped some money and my wife went to assist to help her pick the cash up and return it. The lady at the checkout was offensive and abusive to my wife. Having been taught to help others you can see having difficulty, never again at Big W Kingsway as the abuse was not required or justified. The lady at the check out needs to work on customer skills, very unprofessional.

We always find what we are looking for in the store which gives the satisfaction that BW is doing its best.

So much for public holiday time if you say 9am to 5pm on your website and I get there at 9.30 only to be told we open at 11am I'm not hanging around your loss with my $$$ I'll else where

They had everything I wanted except for toilet paper. Which at this time with virus people are buying up

Apart from some stock shortages a good range of products. Not sure about the new dimmer lighting though!

Good range of shops & decent $15 haircut!

If you call about an order or ask for help everyone is incredibly rude but when you go in store they’re beyond helpful. Always a little confused by that but store has great stock and staff are lovely however I’d recommend not calling them because you can tell you’re just annoying them. Go speak to them and they go above and beyond to help.

Was greeted by a lovely lady at the entrance, made our way to the Tech dept to purchase a mobile phone. No one was at the counter so i waited.and waited. Finally i went to the Layby counter and asked for someone to assist. Vanessa comes by with her happy (not) face and attitude. I asked to see a phone under the counter and she told me she could not take it out of the box. Was she serious thinking i wanted her to rip open the box to show me the phone? She was short annoyed (and showed it) all the way and when i asked for someone with more tech knowledge so to know which phone to buy, she grudgingly walked away to get someone else. That was an awful experience and I would not want to part with my money there. Anyway, went over to the Telstra store and a lovely young lass named Alicia saved the day.

Great store, fully stocked with anything you looking for had a good browse around and really good stock.
