Went to woolworths. I am disappointed in their layout IT seemS unclean with bits and pieces everywhere.the cake section is a disgrace.the bakery section is bad.they need to look at their hygiene.make them more presentable.the salads are very mediocre. LIFT YOUR GAME. NOT HAPPY. WILL NOT GO BACK.

Nice big store with plenty of choices. Checkouts easy. Plenty staff if you need a question answered.

I was in big w Bunbury on Sunday doing some shopping and when got to check out the price on label was different to what it scanned at. Customer service lady in pink was extremely rude her name started with V she knows who she is basically accused me of changing the labels.not sure where customer service has gone these days but if you don't like your job move on.as there was a staff member putting the spots on marked down stuff as I was there.new will I shop at Bunbury store again.

Never any staff on the floor to help. Heaters are cranked way too high, breeding ground for germs.

I love to to my shopping there. It’s always very organised and easy to shop. Staff is very helpful.

Just be careful in the changerooms. If you look in the mirror, you can see a lot of the ceiling/store. I wonder where the cameras are!

Not enough registers open.pushing everyone to self seve.but ladies at registers very efficient and friendly cant get that from a machine.

Standard Big W fare.
Some things in bulk are great value eg washing powder, bedding, toiletries.
Some things are not good quality and expensive eg furniture.
Some things are a standard price eg dishes and crockery.
Great place to shop - as long as you do your homework.

Always enjoy my visits to Big W. I never walk out with nothing in my trolley! Friendly helpful staff.

It's funny but I haven't lived in Bunbury since 2009 and yet whenever I think of Big W, I think of this one. Even though it's almost identical to the ones back east where I live, the Forum Big W is my favourite.

Like all Big W's the layout and product ranges are the same. Qualitity is good, pricing fair. Specials are available from time to time with huge discounts. Luck of the draw, walk around & one never knows what may be on offer in a corner or shelf. Well worth a visit.

Staff are very helpful. Offers a good range of merchandise. Definitely better than Khartoum.

Website needs to be updated regularly with what is and isn't in stock. Online shopping is a nightmare.

Great place to shop, really starting to freshen up the shop and have a more up market feel with good prices.

Nice and empty on a Sunday morning just before 9am.suffering a lttile from the supply issues in WA but staff are still happy and helpful.

Would of given four stars, however everyone I go out to the plants? They've been over watered, unnecessary loss of stock due to over watering.

Not happy put all stuff through register, called the guy over as said about receipt not registered and I walk out store. Bloody security ask me to come back & pay? My payment hadn't gone through. Train your staff properly I didn't just walk out I called the assistant over
