I would like to give a big shout out to Sam at customer service. Thank you for your courteous, friendly and professional service. Big W has zero fuss when it comes to warranty claims. I happily spent the refund at Big W to replace the faulty appliance.

The front door greeter is rude she made me feel like I hadn’t paid for items when I’ve just been through the self service checkouts when I beeped on the way out. Also the lady down at service counter called Vikki doesn’t have any people skills or she must of been having a bad day when I had to get served by her

Big W was great
Saw a man being chased for stealing a handbag by a shop assistant from another store
No security turned up for 10 to 15 mins and didn't look interested

Appears a bit dark after revamp. The layout isn't as good as used to be and as a consequence, we hardly ever go there anymore.

Very disappointing experience.
Customer service was absolutely terrible. Felt like I was being ‘annoying’ for asking an opinion on colours of balloons that go well together.
Felt like I was interrupting something by spending nearly $80 on balloons.
What should have been a pleasant experience, picking out balloons for a 21st birthday left me feeling really negative.

Standard Big W experience. If your looking for cheap work clothes or maybe socks and jocks then jump on in. Get ya budget on. Clothes generally shrink and lose shape after a while. Is what it is.

I was at the store a couple of weeks ago and was really shocked as to how poorly trained and rude the staff were. I went up to a new lady and asked where the lunchboxes with straps were and she just grunted at me and said that’s not my department and just walked off. I then eventually found where the lunchboxes were after walking around for 5 minutes like a mad man but then couldn’t see a price for the lunchbox I wanted. So I asked another lady if she could tell me what the price was and she just completely ignored me. The only reason why I’m giving one star is because the lady at the self checkout was really helpful and went out of her way as there was no tag on one of the items I was purchasing. Would not recommend going to this store unless you know where everything is.

Though its huge, it seems quite disjointed and hard to navigate. Signage and divisions between sections needs to be far more obvious.

The staff are absolutely amazing and really kind, even in this crazy Christmas period. Thank you so much staff for dealing with all the intense customers and workload you must be dealing with

It wastes customers' time when a table of jeans has a sign that prices are from $15, but there are no prices on individual items until we check out and discover the chosen jeans are $20. Please make it obvious which items are cheaper.

Great well laid out store, love that the party shop is a shop within a shop. The self service checkout is a bit confusing having two sides.

I have not been to Big W in years but on the way back to the Carpark I thought I'd take a quick look & I was extremely surprised. The Stock was well laid out very well priced with many items with huge price reductions. I will be going back.

Bought a recharable black anddecker distrusted for under 50bucks beats unwinding the chord and then winding it up and putting away the main vac for a few crumbs on the floor
