Big Poppas Pizza Pasta & Panini

I am very satisfied about the customer service from the staff, especially from managment. The food is amazing, they are very efficient professional. I would 100% recommend the restaurant for a family dine in or even a quick take away.

Ordered the Strozzapreti Boscaiola with extra garlic and parsley. Absolutely amazing.

Online ordering process was easy, on arrival the staff were friendly and my food was ready.

Look forward to returning on my next visit to Karratha.

Pizza was perfect, well made and all the crazy extras I added.
Lamb pizza with extra garlic sauce, extra feta and confit garlic. Yuuuum!
Kids loved the Hawaiian pizza.
Bonus was the hot as f@ck pizza chef, 100% would tickle his pickle.

Just had carbonara and lamb kebab. Huge serve. First time. Highly recommend. Will visit again

I’ve had my order delivered wrong on so many occasions but tonight was the worst pizza I’ve had from big Poppa’s

Ate lunch here with family. We ordered a lasagne, a chorizo arribiata and a pepperoni pizza. The chorizo pasta was really acrid and bitter to eat with the seasoning and spicing all messed up. I mentioned this to the woman serving us and she just showed us the menu thereby confirming what it was! I chose not to take it any further as I didn't see it going anywhere as it was clear I didn't like it and she wasn't prepared to do anything! The lasagne was a little better but it was cold in the middle. The pizza my daughter ate mostly, but when I tried it the dough base was not completely cooked. To wash this meal down we chose to stick with the provided chilled water, but this was awful, tasting like it had come from a chlorinated swimming pool. The overall meal was one of the worst experiences here in Oz thus far but the cook and waitress were friendly enough if a little oblivious to how unhappy their paying customers were. Avoid!

We had a large order to be delivered to a local work camp. Ordering was easy online and the pizza was delivered hot and at the specified time. I had to communicate a few times via their Facebook and the responses were quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing service, everything is spotless and the stuff are friendly amazing people I hope your boss knows how amazing you guys are Loki's (my son's) favourite place

90% burnt (opened it when I got home)
The chef & staff must seen that before packing it

The tiramisu is same worse

I've been a monthly customer for a little while and I ordered my favourite and they gave me a large pizza when I ordered 2 small pizza's
very nice of them to look after the regular customers well done to the people behind the scenes

Highly recommend! After arriving in Karratha late after a long drive we pulled in her for something to eat. They were so accomodating to making things vegan for me and also had many vegan options on the menu! It was honestly the best pasta I’ve ever had! My partner absolutely loved his as well. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Thanks guys for an awesome first experience on our first trip to Karratha

Ordered a kebab at 10: 40ish before 11am open, didn’t come until around 12: 10 and kebab was soggy, half warm, half cold, didn’t seem like there was any sauce and the grease paper around it was completely see through which leads me to believe it was left under the heat lamp for a long period of time. Normally love big poppas but this time it was just not good at all.

Order pizzas for a workplace birthday and the staff was very friendly and the pizza was great. Thank you Big Poppa for helping us cater the event.

Flying visit to Karratha and fancied a pizza. Got the garlic prawn and it was fantastic and didn't take very long to cook.

Ordered delivery and oh my! It was amazing. Ordered a pizza, pasta dish and a kebab. All arrived hot and was so good. Generous portion sizes, well seasoned and just so delicious. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Horrible waiting times for pickup.waited 2 hours for my food, spent 30 minutes of it sitting inside thinking it’d be ready on time.

Who doesn't like freebies. Thank you Big Poppas for upgrading my pizza to a large one. Also good to see that the crust is not as thick as my arm anymore. Keep it up.
