Brian knows his trade. He spent all day installing my alarm system, central locking (upgrade to remote) plus additional solenoid/barn door switch and replacement dodgy door switches, which he knew about on the phone before seeing the car. He also organised the tint on one day's notice which is an absolutely perfect job. Big Bro Security will sort you out. 5/5 - will be back for future work.
Both my SAAB 93 keys were not working properly anymore. One had gone through the wash and the other had a micro switch missing. A "car key specialist " in Malaga did not know what to do. Then I discovered Big Brother in Belmont. Through email exchange I arranged a day and time with Brian at his workshop and within 30 minutes of my arrival both keys were working again. The cost was quite reasonable. A grateful customer
Brian was very cautious when working on my classic car, which I appreciated. Great workmanship and on budget. Also provided lots of coaching on how to troubleshoot the system, just in case.
You just cant beat old fashioned customer service. Brian was very informative and a pleasure to deal with.
