Been coming here for over 10 yrs - just had confrontation with rude manager - staff attendant- aggressive out of control definitely will not be coming back here also as many friends i let no - very poor service extremely rude - new owners need to get this under control

Awesome staff, friendly service, great bargains, well stocked.
They even have products I have never heard of but will try soon.
Being not even a 2 minute walk from my house it is more convenient than having to drive more than 5 minutes.

Nearly always a bargain to be found. Well priced and well stocked with a fair amount of spirits and beer and wine varieties. Service was fast, friendly and professional and helped me find what I was after. Parking can be difficult at peak times.

Awesome range of alcohol. I found so many foreign beers, ciders and spirits that I couldn't find anywhere else. Looks a bit derelict on the outside and inside. But well worth it

Guaranteed to always receive unfriendly, unmotivated rude service every time. If it wasn't the only liquor store nearby it would get fewer customers. They should strive to do better. Unless of course money is more important than customers. Gave many second chances but always disappointed but never surprised by it!

No I am not the customer you speak of, I actually work in healthcare and strongly agree with mask wearing. Its not surprising your response is immediately on the defensive, I think if you were honest, you might realise that a few of your staff could do with improving their customer service skills. You have a great range and location, don't take it for granted. Try harder!

Between me and my mate we've spent so much money over the years at this bottle shop, we should own shares, but still a battle for a simple heĺlo from staff, the amount of times I go in there and say hello and get no response is unbelievable, it's not hard to say hello, hi, how ya going, g'day.anything! Nothing more annoying when you say hi and they don't say anything back. Big brews, big dissapointment every visit,

Great choice of beers wines and spirits, local family owned, good choice of UK beers and ales also.

Make sure you count your change after you buy at this place. I think there’s a bit of pocketing going on

Bruno, Flavia and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even carried my purchases to my car and their prices are low.

One of the best liquor stores in the country for price and variety and has been for a long time. Service is always excellent here. The only thing is the parking can be a bit nightmarish here on a friday/Saturday late afternoon as it's quite tight and it gets busy.
Always great specials and new products to try. Often has great promos too.

Great bottle shop that can get in some of the more harder to find items. Really helpful and friendly staff. Great range of products and good pricing.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly, the prices are better than most but unfortunately they close earlier than most too

Always busy with a carpark that really needs a few more bays but as an independent retailer they will always have my support. Their range of imported beers, wine, spirit and liqueurs puts the larger chains to shame and their prices are reasonable as well. I will be a regular customer as long as my liver holds out.
