Popped in fairly late, so missed the fresh sandwiches and salads, had sweet soy beef, which was lovely. They were kind enough to hand out real forks to use, which was great. Excellent service and very friendly.

The best fried chicken I have ever had in my life. Light crispy and juicy at the same time. Perfection. The Fam are friendly and make the best food. We drive 25 mins one way to get lunch here now because we don’t work near by anymore.

Tucked in the middle of an industrial area, this little milk bar punches above its weight. I first had their bbq ribs on rice and it was so good. You can taste the smokiness of the ribs as they bbq it themselves. Their banh mi also was on point. So good. It can get really busy during lunch so go early to avoid the queue. Will definitely be back.

Best Fried Chicken I've ever tasted, even better than KFC! Not greasy, crispy skin is light and fluffy.

The best Banh Mi this side of the equator. I've had the real one in Nam and this compares and even better maybe. Fried chicken and other Vietnamese delicacies also very good

Best Lunch bar in the area hands down. Quality of food is excellent. Can get very busy but worth the wait.

Saturday morning, live music, BBQ cooking away and I find myself eating marinated chicken and chicken skewers for breakfast. Great food! Absolutely fresh! I order too much when I come here because I can't figure out what I want.

It was line over there during lunch time but every staff was friendly and nice even they looks really busy.

The Grilled Chicken Bahn mi roll was probably the best thing I've EVER eaten in my life.

Fluffin yumbo! Their big Bahn Mi rolls are only $11, beats any other roll or sandwich. They also present well in the box!

Food was great! First time to try their Bahn Mi, it was so good! My husband was raving about it for so long and he wanted me to try it.

There were a lot of people waiting for their food. Line was not that long when we arrived. But people are keep on coming in. We went Saturdat lunchtime so maybe that's why.

Found this place, completely by chance but they probably have the best looking and tasting banh mi I've ever had in Perth. Not to mention the pricing is actually pretty good considering how loaded up everything is. Be prepared to wait however as they are very popular.

Finally got to try the bahn mi here after all the hype on social media an we were not disappointed. Couldn't fault it at all. By far the best bahn mi we've had. Very tasty and extremely generous portion.
