Staff here are very kind and friendly and good at what they do. I had a wash, cut and style, and my layers came out the way I wanted! Highly recommend and will be coming back

Visited them for the first time today. Lovely, friendly staff and prompt service. Would certainly recommend.

May pay to check your booking as I arrived 15 minutes before appt then was told bang on appt time 10am that another worker was coming in to do my appts, so appt started at 10.30am.
HAIR WASH THERAPY - was different. I had the 60 minute therapy & assumed the focus would of been hair / head wash, that wasn't the case. I had 2 I think hair washes with shampoo.
There was alot of facial washes, neck n shoulder massage & not to sure why arm massage was in there too but it is what it is.
RELAXATION MASSAGE - the room & massage bed could of been set up prior to me going in i had to wait a little & then when massage started the lady had to stop & change the face area. Massage was ok you need to let lady know the pressure you prefer for relaxation massage.
KERATIN TREATMENT - again was different I'm not sure if my expectations for this and price paid was over the top or if my hair just appears dull. I thought there would be more shine & thicker look. They could not explain the after care for Keratin treatment and had no shampoo or conditioner to purchase or recommend.
ROOT COVER UP - awesome outcome, although it was expensive the end result was good.

Very vibrant salon, there was a language barrier however the people are so nice and try to deliver what they say I suppose BUT it is a business.

The salon looks very chic and well looked-after, the staff are all nice and friendly and give the right suggestion. I really love my hair cut - last time I got a good haircut I paid $150 for it, but with them it’s only $80 with the wash! I also do colour with a very reasonable price.
I will definitely be a regular.
