Having been a member for years, this wonderful oasis in the middle of Perth has reached a new standard for a Wellness Centre.

In addition to the 3 floatation pods and relaxation lounge, this year they've invested in Body Contouring Red Light Therapy as well as compression boots and an extra sauna.

I often spend 2 - 3 hours engaging in mindful relaxation which includes hypnotherapy and natural teas in my once per week sessions, allowing me to get back to life with mental clarity and internal energy.

Great experience. Relaxed environment, friendly and informative staff. Definitely the place to distress.

I did 16 sessions lost 24 cm of abdomen using body Contouring red light therapy at Beyond Rest wellness center. I still exercised under my normal routine 4 - 5 days a week and also loved the sauna after the light.

It's now 2 months on and i have not put the stomach chub back on!

I took measurements and pictures prior to beginning my body contouring. After the first 16 weeks, I could see massive improvement in my stomach area. Legs were a bit slower, but after I looked back on the photos legs actually had a massive change also.
The hypnotherapy provided while under the red light actually works. It makes me think about my choices more. I was always sceptical about hypnotherapy but I've experienced it for myself now and it works.
I definitely recommend this wellness center to help improve your life and to help you feel good about yourself.

The floats and saunas are so relaxing and make me feel refreshed and revitalised. I have been doing the red light therapy and body contouring, which has yielded amazing results. I've lost over 137cm around my chest, waist, and torso - and gone from wearing 6xl shirts to xl. The overall transformation is beyond what I had hoped for.

Not only did they help me achieve physical changes, but they also helped with my well-being. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. Their guidance to keep me ontrack with my goals and bring balance in my life has been invaluable. There is no judgement, just positive motivation.

Waited far too long to do this! I bought two float vouchers as a birthday surprise for my friend and was very impressed by the entire experience. We had both been talking about trying these float tanks for ages, so it was wonderful to finally take the plunge!

I am quite a nervous person with new experiences, but I was completely put at ease by the tranquil atmosphere and welcoming staff. I appreciated the time that was taken to explain each detail of the experience, and enjoyed the customisability of the float with the assorted guided meditations that were on offer. I still had a bit of anxiety once in the tank, but that faded quickly and resulted in an enjoyable experience.

I loved having the lounge at the end of the journey and a cup of tea to ease back into things. I have not felt so relaxed in quite some time. I write daily, and today I wrote three times as much as I normally do. I’m attributing this boost in creativity to the experience.

Thanks to the amazing east Perth staff. I look forward to coming back in the near future!

Beyond Rest East Perth is a very nurturing environment.

I did 8 floats for 8 weeks, after being encouraged to try the weekly membership.
By the time my final float came around I found it easy to relax into the water and leave the cares of a 60hour + work week behind.

I’m moving to the east coast, so I wasn’t able to keep my membership going. However, because of my wonderful experience here I will endeavour to find a float near me in my new home.

The actual Float experience itself was perfect. If you could experience relaxing to the maximum, this is your place to be. Along with the vibe inside, herbal tea, nice music, and beautiful painting on the walls. For me I wish I could do this every week. What a beautiful place, very welcoming atmosphere been having a Infared sauna and float regularly and loving feeling so invigorated, relaxed and detoxed from my extra wines with my busy hectic family/work life.

An amazing experience.
The staff are lovely, they take their time to introduce you to it and give many relaxation tips for your journey too.

You have your own float capsule room, with a shower, bench, toiletries and towels/gown all provided. Lights are controlled by by program you have chosen to set but can be manually turned on/off too while inside. There's also a water spray bottle hanging inside and by the shower too, should you get salt in your eyes. With the 40% Epsom salts, you really do effortlessly float, fall asleep like on a bed of water.

You can choose to have music or guided meditation for various adjustable periods of time or just silence while in the pod. Pod can be left open too if uncomfortable inside.
My first time took my body about 35 minutes to adjust and get comfortable floating in my body's natural position, and then, be fully relaxed and comfortable, then it was truly heavenly blissful relaxation experience.
Also, being 6'5" it was amazing to be in a private water space where I could fully stretch out comfortably.

After your float session and shower, you're free to unwind and shift back into reality, relaxing in the lounge room with herbal tea's and water at your disposal and some reading materials too.

Highly recommended you go atleast twice to get a real feel for it's benefits. Very affordable too.

I am amazed at how I had felt throughout the experience. At first I was a little nervous but I listened to my mentor Marie and trusted the process. OH my it seemed like time stopped and I had the most amazing feelings throughout. It definitely seemed like way more than an hour and by the end I wanted more. All I can say is Marie Thank You so very much for guiding me through my first float. In a word Wow!
