I absolutely love shopping here for all my pet needs. The store is always clean, tidy, and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable for any questions you might have about their products and your pets.

Took my dog in yesterday for a wash and noticed how clean the Dog was area was. The staff are always smiling and really happy to help. Thank you

I've been to many great stores, and this one is a gem. Great, friendly service with an awesome range to choose from. I wont go anywhere else now.

If I could give 0 stars I would firstly they sold me a fish with dropsy after telling me he’s fine I had to euthanise that poor baby today tehy woulda just let him die they dropped my Lublin loach on the floor and laughed about it scratched him with her nail and every time I go there there uninterested in there job

Very helpful staff. Some gardening fertilisers and insect pests treatments available here. As well as pet products varieties. Eastern end of Marshall road near ice skate rink, Beacon Lighting store and 711 garage. If heading eastward go up to round about, go around and head back west a few metres down. It is same side as Beacon lighting shop.

I just want to say thank you to Bella. I bought the fish tank and I don't have any idea. She help me with everything from the start and how to look after the fish tank. Fully recommended her if you need to know with everything. Please go and see Bella. She's very kind, patient, and honest. Well done Bella.

Staff are always so friendly but at times not very informative. Love going to the dog wash but avoid late arvos as it can be quite smelly. The high blow dryer is out of order for quite a while now so kind of annoying.

Great service everytime and has a large range of fish.
Maddison was very knowledgeable with tropical fish and she caught me some great fish for my tropical tank big thankyou.

Shop in malaga did not have what I needed. The young lass at the counter called around and managed to get it sent to malaga store.

Brought a fish (Tiger barb) from here on Thursday 20/10/2022 and based on the advice of staff it should have been fine in the tank with my other fish. 2 days later (Saturday 22/10/2022) I rang to ask if I could bring the fish back as it was scaring all the other fish in the tank and acting aggressively. I spoke to Jasmine who was of no help and very condescending. Instead of assisting me, I was told that she would take my name and number and call me back but they were very busy so she couldn't tell me when that would be. I even went as far to say that I didn't want a fish to die as a result but she didn't seem to care, instead she was more interested in talking about the other fish in my tank that were not the problem, telling me that they were the aggressors and the how they should be looked after. The other fish were not the problem, rather they were all scared of the tiger barb. I hung up from the call very disappointed as I didn't feel they cared about any of the fish being scared or possibly hurt or dying. I rang better pets and gardens in Wangara and spoke to Lyndsey, who was quick to tell me to bring the fish into her store for an exchange as the tiger barb was generally a very aggressive fish. Thank you Wangara and shame on you Malaga for not caring about the pets you sell.

Excellent staff treat you better than family first class service and fantastic range of dog and pet foods

It used to be a good place before Covid but since then they are constantly rude about mask wearing even when you have an exemption. I wont be going back there anytime soon now that the restrictions are over with. People remember the rudeness there from when Covid was on.

For everything you need for your pets this is the best in Perth and an amazing friendly and knowledgeable team.

Bit expensive but expected that for better quality and better brands. They have a dog wash in there too so you can wash your dogs. Plenty of room to move around and was clean and staff were pleasant. Everything seemed well set out and well stocked. I saw everything from food for your pets to toys, clothes bedding and even stuff for memoralising your pet.

1st time I have ever been to the malaga shop and definitely be going again. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable aswell.
